Young man working the switchboard and window tonight (10/23/25, 8:10pm) was extremely respectful and kind. Fast food is fast food, but the person at the window is what makes the difference. Thank you!
During the last 2 visits to Hardees, I was served by the nicest, most amenable young people. It's a pleasure to get great customer service from generation that is often thought of as having no sense of customer service.
