Holiday Kitchen

This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a very long time. Do not recommend it to anyone. 1. Wait time was an hour long to b seated. 2. We never got our bread, salads, or coleslaw with our meals. 3. Food was cold, uncooked, or over cooked. 4 They only had one wait staff who tripped on a chair n almost dumped plates of food on us. Same wait staff observed dropping half a tray of food on the floor at another table. 5. Wait staff cared less about the poor service n quality of food. Our weekend trip to Iron Mt, Michigan for the first time and Culver's was the back up plan for our dinner both nights.

Great lunches....fast forward and couple of years. Sorry to say, they have gone down hill. Food was just okay...service was so-so. Actually heard them ask 3 gentlemen if they were done cause another group wanted that table...seriously?? They had at least 5 empty tables plus booths. Just didn't think it was cool

Waited hour and a half for my meal, eggs were way overdone hash browns were cold and not even close to brown, table next to me got in after I did the manager comped their meal loud enough for me to hear so I guess I don’t matter to them, excuse was regular cook wasn’t there but the so called manager wasn’t in the kitchen, I worked 40 years as a chef, I was embarrassed for my server, if the manager can’t help the kitchen and customer why are they a manager

We went for the Friday Fish Fry. Walleye was good, not too many bones. Food was ok but nothing special. They only give you one napkin - the napkin that the utensils are wrapped in. That's pretty cheap. Also they advertise 1919 Root Beer on tap but they brought use two barely cold cans and no ice. Root Beer was warm before halfway thru our dinner. Salad was offered but no choice of dressing, the waiter brought us Ranch dressing on the salad which I absolutely hate. Threw the salad in the bread basket.
This place used to be a lot better a few years ago.
