Called to order a pizza on the menu with extra cheese. I was told I couldn't customize the pizza as it was a "promotional item" not really sure why you can't pay for extra cheese on a promotional item, especially as I have done so before at several other locations. No one in line when we got there, no lobby access, and graffiti on the building - all pretty offputting.

Their customer service is extremely poor at our Iron Mountain Michigan location there was several different young men working I ordered ahead of time is stuffed crust sausage pizza when I arrive to pick up my food I paid more for that stuff crust pizza than the pizza they gave me which was a cheap five dollar regular large sausage pizza as I found out when I got home so when I called I spoke with the manager who is been rude to me you told me to bring back the pizzas they had...read full review
