I didn't go there

Absolutely ridiculous that the doors are locked by 8:00 p.m. on a Thursday. It took 20 minutes for the person in front of us just to receive two sodas and then they still pulled around to the front of the building because apparently their stuff wasn't ready.
This is literally the worst customer service I've ever received, and you have no option but the window.
And they didn't even cut the pizza, not at all.

They don't even no what kind of pizza they are serving. Order 2 sausage pizza got home has a sausage and a cheese

Absolutely the laziest people ive ever seen. Place an order and instead of maling it fresh, they take a pre made pizza and slap a label with out name on it. Wasnt even made properly. Like why even bother if youre gonna half ass everything. Whats a shane is this was my first job 25 years ago.

Walked in, to be ignored, said hello loudly, saw employee still ignored, walked out without buying anything

This place is a joke! SUPPOSED to be HOT AND READY! Not sit and wait any time of day any day of the wk! Then, it takes way longer than it should to come to the window! Never ready, service is terrible!

It was about 10:30. We are waiting on a tow truck because we hit a deer. My boyfriend walked over to grab us something to eat because we haven't eaten anything yet today... they said we don't open until 11 but we gotcha. And they hooked us up with a piping hot fresh pepperoni pizza. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for lunch.

No dine-in😞, but GUESS WHAT? The front door is finally open again!!! Have t been able to go in an order since covid in early 2020! Was so nice to be able to go inside and not have to sit in the Drive-

Went to the restaurant to get a hotready pizza and the woman in front of me waited 15 mins and no one ever came to the window so she left then I pulled up and waited two mins then the lady came and she was so high on something that her eyes weren't even open and when I asked for the pizza she said they were out then I asked for a different one and she said no like we are all out so they have to be made and cooked so I told her I will wait and she said her cook wasn't there at the time so it would be a 25-30 min wait so I her that her store must not like making money and I left..this was OCTOBER 4 AT 435 PM..VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND MYSELF AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME BACK !!

Cashier Lynn L. Is absolutely one of the most rude people I’ve ever meet as a customer service person. I’m 16 she a she was talking to me If me like I’m grown I simply went in there to fix an order that SHE messed up on in drive through! An she starts putting her hands in my face an telling me she’s not give me a refund (I never asked for one)
All I said was “hi we just made this order an I don’t think u understood want we asked for an I said we wanted 1 thing of normal breadsticks an 2 cheesy crazy bread<<<which is what she messed up on an just gave us 3 normal breadsticks . She argued a put her hands in my face until I told her that this is stupid a she must be retarted.

I attempted, multiple times to call my order ahead, paying cash, with no answer. I live 10 minutes away, give or take, so I wanted to order ahead to avoid a... 20 minutes wait. I get there, and attempt to order a pepperoni and cheese (in the crust) stuff crust and the cashier is oblivious on how to ring it up, same price as the original stuffed mind you. Now while ordering, I call, phone is definitely working. I tried twice and could hear it through the drive thru window.. Not the first bad experience, and it's not very welcoming, quality of food makes no difference.. I waited 20 minutes, but it reminds me why I stopped going here.

Do you want the good news or bad? Bad news first you say, ok here goes.. I ordered online and besides the toppings I ordered I only wanted pineapple, onion and peppers on half (by the way, I can't eat pineapple, well guess what none of the toppings were on only half they covered the whole pizza, I'm pretty sure I "custom" ordered my pizza, next the pizza was cold, no I didn't have thevair on in my car either, based on that it will last time I'll visit Little Ceasars! Now the good news.. peperoni puffs were delicious, greasy but tasty, I wished I only ordered them. I can't comment on the service because the lady at the window barely acknowledged me.

Food took a long time there were two of us in the car we ordered separately and they only did one cooked one at a time cooked one brought it out to the car and it took too long we couldn't stay in line with the drive-thru cooked the next one and the first person was already done eating and the workers didn't seem very enthusiastic
