The staff is absolutely awful. Every time I go here there rude. It could be there fault and still same thing. Not long ago I waited outside 45 min for my pizzas I went to the door and knocked and they pointed at sign saying drive thru only which was wrapped around building at time I couldn’t get in drive thru if I wanted to. The owners are rotten the staff is rotten. I picked up for door dash today and the lady that was at the window today was so unpleasant and unprofessional. What do u want I’m picking up for door dash rolled her eyes and said well for who!! This place is awful to deal with and corporate needs to get involved! The door dash was literally 1000 ft away. Nobody wants to deal with the snatches they have working there!

Even if you order online, you have to go thru the drive thru, instead of just walking in and picking up your order. I generally prefer to order "build your own pizza"

Service was pretty good. We had ordered ahead and it was ready when they said it would be. Our order was correct and tasted good. We had a pizza and cheese bread (which was very good). Price was good.

The Pizza place is great in the morning, during the evening is when it is not so great. It's all due to the people working. I have witnessed a worker yell at multiple customers before and also have seen that particular one drop a pizza cutter inside the pizza place and proceed to use it regardless....

I placed a order on doordash and got given the wrong pizza. It's ok I understand that happens it was busy. So I went there with the ticket they give you on the pizza that says what you ordered to show them I was given the wrong order. I wasn't trying to make a fuss about it I just wanted the pizza that I ordered and was more then ok with waiting but the manager was incredibly rude and refused to remake my order because I didn't have the wrong pizza with me. I have no issues with the food its good for the price you pay but the manager is a different story. I've seen multiple complaints about this manager so I guess we can just add it to the list.

The last few times we have ordered from here have been disappointing. Tonight we received the wrong bread sticks, the wings were all fat and gristle and the deep dish pizza was shrunken and misshapen. Its a let down considering we have had good orders in the past.
Not hot or ready. Was told to wait 20 minutes told to wait in their parking lot- and then to come back thru the line. I waited and then When I came went to get back in line the line was huge and no way to just get the pizza I had already paid for since you can’t go inside or walk up to the door for someone to just hand me the pizza I paid for already. instead I had to wait in line for a second time. Horrible set up and system. Not efficient whatsoever. The staff has no interest in improving the situation or figuring out a better way to serve their customers. Whole thing took over an hour, for a little ceasers pizza…. Unreal.

Ordered online to "skip the line." We ordered and sat in the parking lot until it was ready. In the ten minutes for our one pizza and crazy bread to be done, about eight cars jumped into the drive-thru, for which I was happy I'd ordered online. No way was I going to have to wait! I just needed to show the cashier my number, but wait! The doors were locked! Drive-thru only! I had another several cars pull in. I was going to need to wait in a line that now stretched to the street, about twelve cars from the board you order from. Nope. I drove around and a gentleman from the car who was next for the window permitted me to speak to the drive-thru lady (I asked him if it was okay to do so and explained why) and she got my already-paid-for order. I gave her my debit card and asked her to give that gentleman an order of cheesy bread, and I'd pay for it, as a way to say thank you for letting me jump in and grab my order.That's when I saw there were only two people running the entire store, when I walked up to the drive-thru for my order. Only TWO PEOPLE run a pizza joint on a FRIDAY NIGHT?!? I tell you, that is a modern version of the miracle of the loaves and fishes.And the gal who handed me my order even had a smile for me and the previous customers. Wow.
