I ordered through the app chose curbside and I waited 30 minutes in the parking lot even placed another small order just to see if they just didn't get it. So I finally go in they were waiting on pies and the caramel frappe machine was down do you think they'd send somebody outside to let me know what's going on when I checked in half an hour ago

This was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in fast food or otherwise. Got 2 muffin sandwiches and a coffee and through both out worried I’d get sick for it. Floors had fries and nuggets still on the floor from day before. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

McDonalds will forever be less than 5 stars, no matter the location. Between inaccurately made food, even with modern advances in ways to show what and how an order is requested. Yes, you can blame it on human error, or the high turnover and retraining rate, but in the end, it still takes away from the experience being enjoyable. This is just based on the many years of going to many different locations, as well as this particular store, whom I've made numerous complaints against, to a point where I literally tell them I do not want their free coupons, it's the service, and accuracy that are important, not compensation for a lack there of. In the end, yes recommend it, any of them, but just don't expect it to always be as quality as they attempt to advertise.

Went there and asked for a vanilla cone and a McFlurry they told me they could do either of those only milkshakes. When I politely ask why the lady got extremely angry and was rude and said because I said we aren’t doing those only milkshakes.

We placed an online mobile order, and we were given the wrong order. As soon as we realized, a big bus of kids started going in. The manager or shift leader or whatever, was so unbelievably kind. She gave us a free shake for how long we waited. She was a sweetheart she handled everything so well. She deserves a raise.

When I went with 2 friends we ordered drive through and when we got up to the window the First lady wouldn’t listen to what we were asking and shut the window on us then we got up to the second window and the Second Lady also wouldn’t listen to us and told us they were in a “rush” but she was standing there looking around when we pulled up. Overall everyone there had very bitchy attitudes.

We arrived to an otherwise empty restaurant and placed a to-go order for two $5 meal deals. Then we waited 45 minutes while the kitchen filled other orders, talked, took drinks from the soda machine, and even took smoke breaks outside. Eventually my order even disappeared from their screen. When I asked what happened, nobody knew. It eventually took a young woman who was in on her day off to help fill my order. And despite the 45 minute wait, I had to approach the counter again because half my order was forgotten. And after all that, the burger I ordered had toppings it shouldn't have. I understand mistakes happen, but after a 45 minute wait, its frustrating to not only have my order disappear, but then arrive incomplete and incorrect. Honestly, I hate to be a "Karen" but between the wait and the service, this was plain unacceptable all around.
