Ordered door dash last week and Wednesday. One of the cups of coffee dropped off had a large crack in the bottom. 1/2 of the drink was already gone. This week the dasher dropped all 4 coffees off at the wrong location. I tried to request a refund, but by the time I was able to after work it was too late.
I just wanted to thank you guys so very much. I made an order thru door dash and didn't get the correct stuff. I called right away and not only did they give me what I ordered but they gave me a full instead of half wrap and they thru in a scone and delivered it to me as im at work. Thank you so much!! 💓
