Worst service I've ever had called to order my pizzas sat on hold 20 mins They answer then say can you hold sit on hold 5 more mins then they hang up on me call back 2 more times they finally answer. ordered family size with pepperoni and double bacon. Another family size has pep half cheese and bread sticks. The pizza with bacon had 0 bacon. Called 20 different times no answer drive there and they say we don't know when our manager comes in and say we're busy not a car in the parking lot no one making pizzas 3 people sitting in the back room they did nothing for me not even im sorry they actually got snotty with me Aug 15 2023. 4 pm hope these employees are handled accordingly
Online Orders: it would be appreciated if the staff was trained to read & NOT throw away the receipt until AFTER the transaction is completed. Several times I’ve not received bread sticks, desert pizzas, cookie dough & side sauces - had to turn around & go back. Online orders take 45 mins to complete says the website - more than enough time to take 2 pizzas & a s’mores pizza yet they never have the s’mores pizzas ready/made at pick up & I am then forced to pick something else bc the order was already paid for. Please read the receipts.

Love their pizza, staff is wonderful as well. I had an issue with an online order and Janak was very helpful. Their Thai Chicken and Chicken Bacon Artichoke thin crust pizza's are amazing, I highly recommend.

The Iron mountain Papa Murphy's has the worst customer service. I have only ordered from there twice and both times I had a bad experience. If you are a walk in, good luck getting an acknowledgment that you are standing there. Today I placed an order and my husband went to pick it up. He showed an employee the confirmation and the guy just points to the rack where only part of my order was. They told him that was it. It wasn't. I tried calling the store and was on hold for 18 minutes before I finally hung up. My husband had to drive the 20 miles back to the store to get the rest of the order, and they still hadn't finished prepping it.

The food is great, the people, no issues. The contact they offer through phone, terrible! You call during business hours and you get a recording to call during business hours, or the other method which I'm convinced us just a way for them to ignore the phones. How long can a business have the same phone issue, 1 year? The app is great if I want to pay with a card but I prefer to pay in person so app is 100% useless if I want to pre-order. And some app prices do not reflect prices in store either.
