We dont always feel comfortable dining in with 5 kids but they made us feel welcome. The kids enjoyed the crayons they provided and the TVs in the corners.
The Pizza was delicious and delivered fast and we had a great time.
We were there last night. We got looked at but multiple people but no one came and said hi or came and let us sit down and eat. We were standing the whole time so we left and eat some where left.
We did delivery and I wasn't a ware that they use door Dash so by the time we got are food it was ICE COLD!!!!!

The food was as expected — my order was prepared properly. I did wait a short while for service despite ordering an hour earlier on a quiet evening, but the staff was polite when they were available. They did offer me ranch and blue cheese dip for my chicken, but they did not offer me plates which was sort of weird given I ordered two large pizzas. The interior of the building is nice, but I feel like the employees and customers would really be aided by some sort of door-buzzer or the like so that customers are noticed sooner, especially since the doors aren't in direct eyesight of most of the counter where the workers are.
Parking: Many regular and handicap accessible parking spots available for use. Days are usually not busy enough to fill the lot, so it will usually be available for parking large enough to suit big groups of people.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible to a degree. There are numerous handicap parking spots, but the doors do not have automated handles or another method to improve wheelchair accessibility. There are ramped floors instead of stairs.

We love Pizza Hut. The pizzas are always great and always great staff. It is always way too cold in them though, not just this one but others we have stopped at. But won't keep us from going back ?

Went to pizza hut for 1st time in 20+ years. We had a great experience today. Greg served us and really made the visit special. He took great care in making us feel welcome and appreciated. Our kids loved the pizza and time we spent there(3 boys under 6). We will go back, soon.
Kid-friendliness: Got us a high chair and extra napkins without even asking!

Terrible is the first word that comes to mind. I've been excited about finding a sit down Pizza Hut for months and couldn't wait. Turns out, I definitely Could wait. It has nothing at all to do with employees but with equipment and just downright bad pizza and a pitiful salad bar. I was a diehard lifelong Pizza Hut fan until they changed their sauce but thought I'd give it one more chance. After 46 years they've permanently broken me from ever having Pizza Hut again. I'm disappointed and saddened that a nostalgic part of my childhood has been crushed by corporate idiocy.
Vegetarian options: There's a salad bar. You can have lettuce and a few extras like onions and black olives.
Dietary restrictions: Shoot your shot and see but it will be extremely limited. Don't get your hopes too high.
Parking: The parking lot is rough and needs major work. You may have to engage 4 wheel drive.
Kid-friendliness: They allow kids, no extra friendliness. My 8 year niece wasn't offered so much as a crayon.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in with help. The parking lot has craters vs potholes.

This place has a comfortable kind of old fashioned feel to it. The kind of place you see in movies. I loved it. Customer service was good. We ordered and got our food in no time. The pizza we had was top quality all around. Would definitely go back.
