We entered. Some dude was hogging the counter going pre-orders. All the people behind the counter and they had a guy who was cleaning booths come to the counter where the other guy was still trying to figure out all his pre-orders. The guy who was to help us thought we just wanted one sandwich..Totally ignored my husbands who was waiting to give his order. They wanted to just ring mine up. (Now it was two people trying to figure out a door dash order hogging counter. ). The Italian Cheese bread wasn’t even cooked, lettuce not shredded, mayo tasted acid, Never going back. Will stick with Powers store. At least there your sandwich has flavor and tastes fresh.

So ordered a couple sandwiches for delivery, and the driver Shawna decided I put the wrong address down so delivered to another hotel 400ft away. Then argued about the delivery address when I called her. Than it became an argument between doordash and subway about the refund or redelivery. 16 hours after supposed redelivery, stoll nothing. So I call doordash and they tell me I now have to jump through hoops for a refund or redelivery. Will not order from either again.

I ordered a foot long tuna sub and it barely had tuna in it. It had 3 slices of green pepper and 4 spinach leaves. If I wanted bread, I would have ordered just bread.
Ordered online, said it'd be ready in 15 mins, gave them 20 and it hadn't even been started. Absolutely never going back to this subway ever

The workers were very slow didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing and now I can’t work the next day cause I got food on Sunday and Monday. My stomach hurts so much I can’t do anything.

We got three items, a steak and cheese wrap which the meat is supposed to be toasted as well as the cheese because I specifically asked for that, neither were warm and the wrap was not cut.I got a spicy Italian wrap and again the meat and cheese were supposed to be toasted and they were not plus my wrap was not cut and I did not receive my side of sauces I asked for.The last item was a steak and cheese salad add avacado which was not in there and they gave her almost no sauce. I don’t recommend this subway at all. The only time my order is right is when I can physically watch them make it. Ordering online at this establishment shouldn’t be an option.
