Online says open, lights on, store says open, but doors are locked almost 2 hrs before closing time. Employee just kept right on cleaning and completely ignored the door.

By far the worst Subway I have ever been to. Terrible service. Sloppy sloppy sloppy. At one point I had to ask the worker to put my meat back on my sandwich because it fell off and she was content leaving it lay to the side. Bread, stale as heck. Cookies, burnt. The sloppy way my sub was made really had an effect on the overall taste as well. Would not recommend and I will not be going here any more.

Tried again at this subway and 60$ later all the subs were wrong. This isn’t the first time this has occurred. I don’t think they read the order. Bread was wrong kind and hard. Not toasted just hard. Paid extra bacon for the BLT there was 3 slices on the whole foot long. The BLT was the driest sub I’ve ever had no mayonnaise on it, it was wasted since we had no mayonnaise to add to it. Cold cut again wrong bread and hard as a rock. Double meat and cheese nope. The tuna sub had a funky smell and taste that one bite my kid spit it out and made something to eat. The brownie peppermint cookie was burnt that went in the garbage. You pay this kinda money for food and delivery you should get what you’re paying for. Do better, if you run out of something pick up the phone and call. Don’t just assume that people want rock hard bread. Do better, read what the people order put the extra stuff we pay for on the subs.

My daughter and I visited from out of town and were treated very respectfully and courteously by two of the workers. However, the manager on duty was either having a bad day or is normally not too pleasant to her other employees as well as customers. There was an intense disagreement between another customer and the manager which ended in the police being called (by the manager). Basically, it boiled down to the manager’s continuous rude manner that had been pointed out by the customer. Sometimes, you just have to admit when you’re wrong and let it go. We left agreeing with the customer. I will say, throughout this 20+ min ordeal, the other two workers remained calm and professional - great job on their part!!??
