Amazing experience! The wonderful lady that took our order AND put all our sandwiches did it with a smile. She's fast, friendly, and overall very sweet. I'm from the Wausau, WI area, but I'd definitely come back for more. Thank you!

Fresh bagels in the U.P. indeed! Stopped in for a quick breakfast bite. Clean, cute place and my onion bagel w/egg and cheese was tasty. Will definately be back!

Slow. I mean really slow. No idea why two subs take 15 minutes with no other customers.

Visiting Iron Mountain for the first time, I needed a quick bite before heading out on a whitewater rafting trip on the Menominee River. Being from out East, I’m pretty familiar with a Philadelphia-style roast pork sandwich—thinly sliced roast pork, sharp provolone, and broccoli rabe on a crusty Italian roll.
I wasn’t familiar with Porketta, so I asked the woman working the deli counter what it was. She was kind enough to let me sample the meat, which I really appreciated. The Porketta reminded me a lot of the Philly roast pork sandwich—minus the broccoli rabe—and the meat was more finely chopped than sliced.
Needless to say, it was delicious. I ordered a six-inch Porketta, devoured it, and went right back to the counter to order a second. The staff were super friendly throughout. My girlfriend had a bagel, which was also surprisingly good—especially since we’re pretty picky when it comes to bagels and sandwiches, having lived in places like Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Queens.
Highly recommend stopping by—great food, great service.

The lady working was extremely nice. Bagel was quick but what an absolute disappointment. Everything bagel was hard, not the chewy texture a bagel should be. The egg seemed microwaved, it makes my stomach churn 12 hours later. The sausage wasn’t even tasty. Only thing good was the worker behind counter. Won’t return. If I could give it a Zero fro food, I would

Great bagels, coffee, and service!
First. It looks great. Definitely better than before. Sadly it’s the same ole tired bagels.
I specifically asked for a slice of tomato. Asked if you had tomato. You said yes. But didn’t put it on my bagel. I presume I paid for this tomato. Whatever.
Couple tips.
Less cream cheese. You don’t need a brick of cream cheese per bagel. I’m confused by this phenomenon.
Next. Stop baking mass bagels, freezing them, and then trying to sell them to me as fresh. It’s really annoying. And terribly obvious.
Bake less bagels and run out. It’s trendy. If you want a good bagel, get there early. Soon you’ll be busy enough to bake dozens at a time because the people will be coming cuz they’re soo good. Day old or more bagels don’t eat the same. And in most places. Day old bagels are cheap.
I’m sorry. You’re failing in this attempt as well
