This is the first KFC I've been to in a long time. Gave up on the chain. I have now been revitalized, today's lunch at the iron River store in Michigan was fabulous. Great food great service good people clean place. 100%
Fast service. Wednesday chicken fried steak is a good deal and is always great. I would give 5 stars but there is a few things that could be addressed. 1- the beverages are ALWAYS watered down and don't taste right. 2- the staff are not always personable. The only other issue is how the drive-thru is setup it is pretty tight especially if you have a longer truck.
Food is ok... just depends how fresh it is. They will definitely serve you old chicken or fries if they are slow. In other words, I don't think they cook more if the bin has some regardless of how long it's been sitting there
