Great food. Great atmosphere. The kind of place where everyone knows each other and one of the locals may strike up a conversation with you. No tofu here. Blossom uses the "batter" (chickpea or mung bean) method for whipping up delicious scrambles or omelets. Some of which goes into the killer breakfast burrito that my wife ordered. An unexpected plant-based gem in Michigan north country. Owner Blossom is kind and welcoming. Loved the sausage biscuits and gravy, hot mess (chickpea eggs, hash browns and veggies) and split pea soup. Clean and tastefully decorated. Reasonably priced.
After a long Michigan winter, we finally made it back to our favorite breakfast spot in Irons. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Blossom had switched to a plant based menu. The food was tasty and healthy! Thank you!
