Very down-to-earth vibe, great people and cold drinks! You can find some small snacks and pizza, but mainly a watering hole with some e-gaming, pool and darts. Regarding service - it's a bar and, yep, ya gotta sometimes wait for another patron to finish their story... Don't take offense and they'll take care of you as soon as they can :)
After I made it to the Top of Copper Peak Ski Jump, the three of us stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for One & Done but it turned into Many & Plenty. Initially, it was us & just a few others (Kevin aka Fin) but the place filled quickly with locals & strangers -- Everyone yapping & laughing with each other. Bruce, the owner, was very hospitable. Definitely a must stop if you're in the area & looking for some good fun!
We just stopped to check the menu before deciding if we would stay to eat. But it felt so warm and friendly we stayed even though pizza is all they serve. But it is locally made, and the wild rice pizza is indeed delicious! A small but select assortment of beers on tap, and my old fashioned was one of the best I've tasted. Convenient to Little Girls Point and Saxon Harbor.
