Food is great here. But the people not at all. You come here and there is 7 cars in front of you not a single one moving, all while there are only 2 cars near the pay window. So please tell me why I’m waiting so long when it’s easy enough to take the orders and then deal with the business after that
I wanted to leave a review for this place to highlight that I had an issue however, it was handled appropriately and I don’t think enough businesses get credit for making things right. I had nearly a 40 minute wait for some Cinnabons and was able to obtain a refund due to placing a mobile order. Everyone there was kind and patient and attempted to rectify the situation. It took about 3 minutes of waiting to get my order taken, and i went with the #3 combo (crunchy taco, chicken quesadilla, baja blast). It is a pretty standard order, which is usually the best way to judge a Taco Bell since there is nothing for them to hide behind.
