Took my family in for dinner at 4pm. The waitress took our order then grabbed her purse and left. After 45 min of waiting and every other person that came inafter us getting their food we were told she never turned in the ticket for our food to be made. I told the waitress I would just pay for our drinks and leave. Then the owner/manager proceeded to raise his voice at me and ask me repeatedly if I've never made a mistake before and talked about me to the other employees. They made no attempt to do anything to fix their mistake. We ordered three coneys, fries, a pizza and an appetizer. They brought none of it in that 45 min. I wish I could give their service zero stars.

Might just be the best coneys in Jackson. Nice soft and steamed bun, the Coney sauce is very very flavorful. The servers are nice and friendly and you get your coney dogs super fast even when they're busy. A good amount of onions and I like how they dice them. Other Jackson Coney Islands give you a fine dice, almost minced onions. But here they have an average size diced onions which I prefer . Nice cozy establishment, not too big but clean and efficient. The pizza is also great but I myself think they do coney dogs better than pizza.
