Cassandra was our server and she was spectacular! Drinks stayed full without asking, we were checked on more than the usual 1 time after dinner shows up. We had the bourbon st. chicken & shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. The 6oz sirloin with fries and onion rings, also mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. Food and Service were great.

I ordered a double shot and got 2 oz of alcohol...that's tiny...Black curly hair in it. Bartender was clearly being sassy about it with my waitress and had his sleeve rolled up showing off tattoos so it could have been an arm pit hair. GROSS. He continued to put his wait staff at risk of a bad tip by refusing to add anything to the shot or replace it. Very nice serving staff but between the bar tender and the 1 oz shots, it was CRAZY. (It wasn't taken off our bill either) I will never come back. My gf and daughter are eating now and I canceled my meal because I'm not gonna pay for 1 oz shots and THEN tip out a sassy jerk bar tender. Half a mind to dine and dash but I'm more classy then that. The only thing that is nice about this, is that I can write this review while I sip my water while i look / smell there food. I have been a bartender in Jackson and let me tell you a shot is A LOT more then 1 fluid oz. Please put one oz in a shot glass n look at it...the waitress told us that the bartender said it was policy. We looked it up and there's no policy for shot amount at Applebee's. I feel lied to, ripped off, and upset. Managers need to step up n fire that bar tender or hire a waitress who doesn't make people feel bad about asking for things because she has social anxiety. Still tipped 25% but the bill was 45 bucks and if I had ordered anything past my first shot they called a double it would prob been 150 and that would been a nice tip.

we have not visited applebees in a while and we went to the Michigan Ave. location in Jackson, Michigan and we had an excellent waitress (Alexia). and her service and our food was wonderful. we will go back for sure.

Service was amazing had Alexia as our server and she was absolutely AMAZING!! Made sure we had everything we needed and checked up on us often! We were seated quickly and helped right away! Definitely happy with everything about our visit!!!

I had an amazing experience at AppleBees! We had Alexia as our server! She was absolutely the best—so sweet and attentive. She constantly checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend her!

I love my bartenders Chris, Tay, and of course Noah ❤️ best Bartenders in town, they know their customers like a fat kid knows cake. Food is great and so is atmosphere.

Every time I go in there I always ask to be seated in erica Cole’s section. The service she provides is amazing she’s always friendly greets us with a smile, speedy service. All around the best server ever!!!!
