One of the best meals I've had in quite a long time. The place is clean and taken care of well. The TouchTunes machine is amazing and has a great selection of music. But the highlight was definitely our waitress Mary. She deserves the whole world and more for her kindness and the conversation. Very easy person to talk to. Definitely recommend

I haven't been to Applebee's in years, but my spouse and I went there after a show because we had a gift card. It wasn't busy, so we were seated right away. The waitress was really nice and had really pretty long nails, but it seemed like she might need to learn a little about what the bar has available (she was younger so no shame in not knowing). We didn't really have to wait for drinks long, just a couple waters and beer. Appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) came cold. I had a shrimp Caesar salad and the shrimp weren't cooked all the way. My tomato basil soup was warm enough. My husband's broccoli was barely steamed/cooked. The parmesan butter topping he had on his steak was cold, and not melting. He ordered his steak medium rare, the steak was rare (would rather have it more rare than done if anything, so at least it wasn't overdone). The bar was out of Modelo so we had to choose something else, they don't have any local brews and nothing dark (porters or stouts). The raw shrimp was the worst of it, and as someone who cooks shrimp regularly at home, I do know that it's difficult to cook shrimp perfectly because of you have too much heat, they overcook quickly. I would much rather have overcooked shrimp than undercooked shrimp (unless it's sushi grade and meant to be consumed raw). There was am employee that was on break eating a meal, and he was extremely loud while yelling to his friends across the room. I don't think I'll be going back.

Came here tonight with my significant other to have dinner. Waited over an hour just for our appetizers to be brought to us, while we watched customers who got here after us, receive their orders first. Our waitress disappeared about 40 minutes ago and they finally brought our appetizers out at the same time they were bringing our entrees out. They didn’t even make our orders right. Not sure what’s going on with this business but whatever it is, is ridiculous. This is the worst experience I have ever had here.

Took the kids for some late dinner. Ever part of the meal was inedible. I just packed it up and took it home to the garbage. I don't even know why i paid for it. Mozzarella sticks, hot wings both tasted like dirty grease. Terrible waste of the money I work

Good food, great people and a special thanks to Cali G. Our server who helped and accommodated us wonderfully as my nephew was getting sick during dinner. She provided bags, rags, and napkins while he was throwing up. All the while she still served good food and a good attitude through the experience.10/10 server and she deserves a raise!
