I went through the drive thru at 4:00 pm today and the man that took my order and the lady that gave it to me were the friendliest and so upbeat and that is so rare I hope you appreciate them and pay them enough to stay and your business will grow with employees like this . A big thank you to both of them we need more people like them

I was going here like once a week spending anything from 30-50. I think I am done for a while. Last time an employee did put all my sandwiches in my bag. This time one was sick most likely. I don't go and didn't go anywhere else this weekend to get sick besides the inside of Arby's.

All the way around, it is very filling and satisfying. Outside of the high prices the rest is on point. They even remembered to put sauces in the bag

I Worked the Fireworks Tent outside in the Parking Lot for 13 days!!! I want to thank Chris and the Whole Staff For Looking out for me!! I Knew I was safe and if Nothing else I could walk up to that window and get a large cup of Water! Lol! Thank you for having a Clean Store and Bathrooms!! Not only is the bathroom Cold which was a relief from the humidity lol.. but they were well managed!!! Everyone there was AWESOME!!! THANKS!!!

Used to be my favorite. Placed a timed order online. Came to pick up at the time requested and was told they couldn’t make my order cuz they were out of beef! No call was made to tell me they couldn’t make my order. Then I had to wait 3 days for them to refund my payment. And after all that I was offered an “Im sorry that happened.” Way to drop the ball and lose a loyal customer Arby’s.
Good personal, food a little messy, door was locked ? had to wait ✋️ the chicken roll up was a split chicken tender, as it seems.

When a customer asks for a burger made special, it should be done the way the cust6ordered it. I ordered a big cheesy bacon cheeseburger with no onions, no lettuce, no tomatoes and no sauce. I asked to add ketchup, mustard and mayo. What I got is a plain cheeseburger. No bacon or condiments. I had to wait at Drive-Thru to be waited on. Before pulling up to speaker I had been parked in their lot. Their dining was not busy and only 2 men entered the place as I pulled up to speaker. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. I finally call through speaker for to be waited on after waiting 15min. Woman come on sayi6to hold because they just got a ton of people in the dining. When I looked behind me for cars, there were none. When I pulled around, no one was in dining either. They are incompetent at this location and have lost my business

We placed our orders online and picked them up within approximately ten minutes after placing them. That went smooth, as usual. The drive thru moved fast, and the window worker was pleasant. Plenty of parking available and the areas outside the restaurant looked to be picked up and clean. Always a plus! Unfortunately, it wasn't the last minute, decent fast food meal as we'd expected. The curly fries were mostly crispy hard and definitely on the colder side. The real issue was that two of the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. They were each missing the usual sauce that comes on them and also both missing the extra add-on items we had specified for in the online orders. And, of course, they still charged for these missing item's. 🙄 Had we not been exhausted and already a couple miles away before noticing these issues, we would have gone back to have the order fixed. This is not the usual location we frequent. So, I'm not sure how this specific location handles those issues.
