I ordered at the drive thru. Idk if I'm just having a good night or the food really is this good. The jomacha shake is smooth and thick, chocolate with a hint of coffee. I ordered the Mac cheese bites. Hot, fresh, crunchy, delicious! The manager there was nice as well as the drive thru worker. The chicken chipotle wrap is spicy ? probably will order the regular wrap next time ? the signature curly fries are always good.5 star!! Will be ordering there again. Especially for another jomacha shake. ?

I went here last week to get lunch to bring to my significant other at work, I had some payment issues with my Apple Pay and the manager said my meal was on her. I told her that I would be back the next day to pay her back for it until I got home and realized that one of the workers (Rosetta) had found me on Facebook and started to harass me to try to get information about someone else. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and the company should not have a stalker working for them. The lady didn’t even know my name and found me on Facebook. That’s just messed up.

We placed our orders online and picked them up within approximately ten minutes after placing them. That went smooth, as usual. The drive thru moved fast, and the window worker was pleasant. Plenty of parking available and the areas outside the restaurant looked to be picked up and clean. Always a plus!Unfortunately, it wasn't the last minute, decent fast food meal as we'd expected. The curly fries were mostly crispy hard and definitely on the colder side. The real issue was that two of the sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. They were each missing the usual sauce that comes on them and also both missing the extra add-on items we had specified for in the online orders. And, of course, they still charged for these missing item's. ?Had we not been exhausted and already a couple miles away before noticing these issues, we would have gone back to have the order fixed. This is not the usual location we frequent. So, I'm not sure how this specific location handles those issues.? NOT IMPRESSED

I got the Good Burger 2 meal. It was very good. My only complaint would be that my fries were cold. If I didn't have to be someplace else i would have gone back for hot fries. Do better Arby's!!

He and a female coworker were cussing and dropping the F bomb, speaking about other employees.His name is Sh.....There were many customers in the lobby.I went to the counter and told them they were very unprofessional and should all be fired!Never will I go back there. It's obvious those employees do not appreciate their job or the customer that help them keep a job.I emailed a complaint to the company, and still no reply.
