I have no issue with the service, I have however in my opinion found the worst sandwich ever. I just ate the arby's Philly steak which was more like a chip beaf only not on toast it was served on a rubbery like sub bun. The cheese sauce was more like cheese soup. Very messy, a rubbery bun that failed at the seam spilling the soup like beef and cheese all over. If it had onion or green peppers you wouldn't know. I won't order another but would like to know if this was a one time thing or have others shared the same experience. Oh by the way got a large order of curly fries that were more like a large box of crumbs. That was a first for me.
