The customer service here was beyond excellent—everyone was super friendly and helpful. I tried the new gyro sandwich and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good, but it really surprised me. Great flavor and definitely something I’d order again!

My husband and I are extremely frequent customers at Arby’s — we visit this location several times a week, and my husband regularly orders the half-pound French Dip sandwich, which is his absolute favorite.

Earlier this week, I placed an order for two of the French Dip sandwiches. After picking it up and getting home, I realized there was no au jus included in the bag — for either sandwich. While we had some at home and made it work, it was frustrating, especially given how much we spend here weekly. I chose to let it go at the time.

Unfortunately, this evening I had another poor experience, and I can’t ignore it. I placed another online order (over $35 worth of food) and went to pick it up. They had crammed everything — two French Dip sandwiches, four chicken wraps, and five tenders — into a single paper bag, sealed it shut with a sticker, and handed it to me. I specifically asked if the au jus was inside, and the employee assured me it was.

As I attempted to place the bag on my front seat, it completely ripped open from the bottom due to how heavy it was. I backed up (no one was behind me) and returned to the window, where a different employee gave me an annoyed look. I held up the torn bag and explained what happened. Instead of offering an apology or rebagging the food, he handed me new bags and made me repackage everything myself. I reminded him that I was told the au jus was included, and of course, it wasn’t — so he had to go get it.

Still trying to give the store the benefit of the doubt, I called to speak with a manager. A young woman named Jaylin answered and said she was the manager. I calmly explained my concerns. She didn’t apologize once. Instead, she deflected blame, saying they follow the manufacturer’s weight limit for the bags. I found that dismissive and unhelpful — and as someone with 15 years in restaurant management, I can say with confidence that her tone and response were unacceptable for a manager.

The lack of ownership, care, and basic courtesy I received — both at the window and on the phone — has left me very disappointed. We spend a lot of money at Arby’s and have always been loyal customers, but I will now be driving further to visit the West Avenue location instead.

By the way, the 2nd bag also ripped confirming it was absolutely over the weight limit and also they didn’t fully seal the lid on the au jus and it spilled all over the bag and also that bag ripped. Pics attached.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Jaylin’s response and lack of customer service do not reflect well on your brand or your standards.

Worst Arby's in Michigan!
Every time I come here, my order is always messed up, and they never give you the sauces you ask for.
Four times in a row now my order had been messed up. Either forgetting items or the sauces. Don't waste your money.

I’m not sure of the names of the two people working drive through today, but wow! How refreshing to have been greeted so kindly and receive such great service. They’re doing something right at this location for everyone to have such wonderful attitudes.

I stood at the counter for close to five minutes, while three workers looked at me and said nothing. I finally said hello to the woman manager, who looked 2 times at me and said nothing, she said i thought you had been helped, well if you would of said hello have you been helped or something? Very bad staff all three of those workers were female and should not be in customer service, this all took place on 2/26/25 at around 5:15PM.

What is the point of placing an order if the staff isn't even going to 1. Follow it or 2. Put all of the items on your sandwich? I know it must be exhausting working in fast food, but if im paying damn near 60 bucks for meals to feed my family I would expect the order to be right and made how I asked especially given it wasn't a big ask. Extra cheese on a turkey bacon ranch (and the sandwich didn't even have the bacon and was slapped together like a 3 year old made it and not even cut all the way through) and then adding an extra fry i didn't order. Yall need to do better. This was a bad experience 😕

I asked for my whole order to be fresh, when I took a bite out of my chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, the patty was cold and very hard. Was definitely not cook to order. I was also supposed to get a medium fry and they gave me a small that wasn’t even halfway full. All of the tables in here are always dirty, they don’t wipe anything down during the day. The workers were very nice and polite until we sat down to eat. They were playing vulgar music and talking back there cussing nonstop. Food was bad, cleanliness was bad, workers very disrespectful. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

This place is absolute garbage.

The last time I went here, the large curly fry that they gave me was so old that I couldn't find a single fry that was edible.

I had to throw the whole fry and 2 cheese cups in the garbage.

Then for some reason I went back tonight, and they charged me $16 for a bread sandwich combo.

It was supposed to be a roast turkey and Swiss sandwich, but they only put ONE piece of turkey on the bread.

I also think they gave me medium fries instead of the large fries that I ordered and they charged me for, but I'm not sure how to tell what size they are.

It's too bad, because their food is really good when they make it right, I just never have any idea when it's gonna be a complete rip off and this is the second time in a row that I've been ripped off.

I'll never go to this restaurant again, and you shouldn't either.

I usually have a pretty good experience at this Arby's. They are always kind, and I've rarely had problems with my food. However, I just went to wait inside to order, and I watched someone grab bags of frozen fries from the freezer and placed them on the dirty floor to sort and organize the freezer. She seemed to act pretty natural doing it, so I'm sure it wasn't the first time. The other workers were doing just fine with everything and treating the customers with respect, but that was just gross.

Ordered pick up, was 10 minutes late getting there and they were not done, had missing items and incorrect items. They did make a nice exchange for the missing items (limited time items), but the fact that I was late (because it sent me to a further Arby's than it had any reason to) and there were so many things going poorly, I can only grade it so positively. This is being generous.

PS: please bring back the Potato Cakes.
