Ordered pick up, was 10 minutes late getting there and they were not done, had missing items and incorrect items. They did make a nice exchange for the missing items (limited time items), but the fact that I was late (because it sent me to a further Arby's than it had any reason to) and there were so many things going poorly, I can only grade it so positively. This is being generous.

PS: please bring back the Potato Cakes.

The deals in the app are nice and the coupons in the mail are awesome to stock up and feed our busy family through the week. Staff tends to be super friendly, which is always nice! ?

I haven't even gotten my food yet but the Shift Manager, Kenneth, has impeccable vibes. Props to him majorly. I'd come back more just for him if I wasn't flying back to MD!
