Order is almost always wrong and they give you the run around about getting your wasted money back. Will never visit again. Was given entirely the wrong order and the food looked like it had sat for a long time. Manager said they could not reverse an online order and i should dispute through my bank then they fought the reversal. A very expensive waste of time and money.

I got the grizzly burger, and I must say, that was the best burger I've had in my entire life! The sweet potato fries were good too! The lovely lady that took our order also made our meal, and she is phenomenal! Quick, efficient, courteous, kind, and informative. Highly recommend this place! 🫶
Disappointed. We ordered two burgers and two orders of seasoned fries via DoorDash. Both burgers were wrong, and the fries tasted like they were sprinkled with sugar.

The food is pretty good when you receive what you ordered. This is the third time I have ordered and gotten the wrong food. I shouldn't have to do their job and check orders before leaving the store.
I previously made a review praising them for the great food and amazing staff but unfortunately I have to say now, we will not be returning. The last 3 times we have been the food is terrible. Yesterday we placed an online order, got home and realized he gave us the wrong order. When we called he literally said “well we don’t have turkey today so I can just make you beef”. Seriously? Why not tell me that before I drove 20 minutes to get a turkey burger? He then said he would let the manager know so we could get a refund. After not receiving a refund, we called back and spoke to the manager, she said he never even told her about the situation. She then told us she cannot provide a refund for an online order, but that we needed to come back out there to get it. Just really disappointed that we paid $60 for a lunch that we couldn’t eat, not to mention the food has gone downhill anyway. I’m not sure what happened but it’s definitely not worth $60 in the drive anymore. 🥺

The food was to die for! Was a one woman show when we went in and boy was she fast at filling the orders! I got the double holla holla burger that was sweet and spicy paired with the creamiest Mac& cheese My husband got the double Smokey and holy moly! Incredible wood smoke flavor in every bite. The outdoor seating was incredible and the huge smoker looked just as impressive.

I ordered online, this was my second time. I love that it's just minutes from my house. I got a byo burger, it was made accurately and was a pretty big sandwich. It was delicious. I also ordered a small fry and the portion size was huge. The same sweet lady served me at the drive thru window.
