Went to get some coffee an hour before close according to Google and the sign on their door. Someone had their car parked in front of the drive through speaker and they refused to move. We inched forward, flashed our brights, and honked. They looked at us in the mirror and didn't respond. I tried to go into the lobby and the door was locked. There was an employee visible inside who refused to look towards the door when I knocked, loudly and repeatedly. Seems like they decided stop people from ordering but still get paid. They've messed up our order at this location multiple times as well.

Won't be back here. Rude wouldn't accept our coupons. Spent $20 on 2 coffee's and a bagel and didn't even drink them cause they were nasty. They got me. But won't be back.

The sausage and egg bagel that I had, was pretty good, but needed salt and pepper. I was told that they didn't have any. The drink that I had was very good.
I got overcharged. Told me my drink was 7 dollars and change but I only received 10.95 back i noticed later that day. I gave the guy a twenty dollar bill. The drive through workers also ask for tips, which is a little weird

The drive thru was packed and there were only two workers but in a nice and polite manner they were able to happily serve their customers and keep the line flowing.
