The service here is terrible. I waited at the speaker for about 5-10minutes without a word being said. I pull up to the window and I said no one was taking my order and the cashier rudely said “yeah we’re kinda busy”. As a barista, I completely understand it gets busy especially around the holidays, but a nice little “we will be with you in one second” is way nicer and understandable than just waiting there being ignored. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I love their lattes but the service is always terrible.

This is probably one of the worst locations in Jackson. I order the same thing every time i come through and my drink is made differently every time. it is either not blended all the way through and there are ice chunks all through out my frozen drink, the tonic is forgotten and my drink separates and tastes absolutely terrible, or there is very little to no flavor in my drink when i ask for extra flavor every time.
If the owners of this location actually read their reviews, then you need to go over PERC with all of your employees to ensure that they are not constantly messing up drinks all of the time. as someone who has done this job at now 3 different locations, it is not that hard to ensure that the drinks are made properly every time. i should not have to come home after spending almost $9 on a drink, and fix it, yet everytime i come to this location that’s exactly what i have to do.

I usually drive across town to the McCain rd location and today I was short on time and I was reminded why I don’t go to this BIGGBY. Coffee was awful, wait time was ridiculous and they made me an iced coffee when I asked for it hot. I gave them a shot again but I will continue to drive out of my way for better coffee and service.

Went in got a bagel, Bagel meat was wet and slimy straight out of a Meijer or Walmart Deli meat bag.. Another time I went in And got a 6 dollar coffee paid with a 20 that took my 20 and said thanks for the tip. Despite me saying I wanted my change. I intended to tip 4 bucks. They took it all and when I asked for it back the guy behind the counter told everyone this guy just tipped us 13 dollars! Then he acted like he just recognized what I did and tried to make me feel bad for wanting my change back. I just let him have it because they began to harass me and I just wanted my coffee and too leave.

Stopped in this morning for the BOGO deal to grab a latte for myself & a red bull creme freeze for my friend. The staff were very friendly & provided quick, efficient service. Definitely will be returning :)
