Got myself hot Snickerdoodle latte this morning and it was by far the BEST cup of latte I've had! It had the perfect sweetness and temperature. It was like a warm hug in a cup this morning on a first snowy day of the year. Whoever made my cup, THANK YOU so much!!! Friendly staff too, we'll be back!

Never had an issue here until today when I came inside and this young woman with bleach blonde hair is working the drive thru/register. She ignores me for 5 minutes while printing off orders on a tablet. Her coworker asks if I been helped and I told them no I've been waiting here not acknowledge for at least 5 minutes. The blonde girl then tried to argue with me over it. I straight up told her coworker this doesn't need to be an argument but the polite thing to do would be to acknowledge the customer and tell them that you'll be with them in a minute. The manager needs to speak to her about her attitude.

They always do my latte perfectly and it's always quick. The batistas are very nice.
We waited in line behind two cars. We got to the window and they refused to make our coffee because they 'closed at 11' it was 11 on the dot. What about the time we spent in line? We were there well before 11. Ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I go there after we do our errands we set by the fireplace it is very relaxing and we can visit never really busy there I like it the place
The Friday morning crew was rocking it out! They were so busy doing a great job! It was not a long wait considering everyone they were helping. My favorite location :)

We ALREADY love this place!!! The Open House celebration yesterday was 5-star quality EXCELLENCE!!! Despite being extremely busy, staff kept a positive attitude and were very kind, patient, helpful, and generous!!! This WILL be my family's new go-to-spot for delicious beverages AND treats!!!
