I ordered a spotted owl ($8+) with light sweetness, and the first one came out way too sweet. When I politely asked for a remake, the experience became extremely frustrating. After making the remake, all the baristas left the area, leaving my cup sitting at the window while the only staff member (window girl) remaining worked on a pastry, even though the drive thru was backed up with cars. The staff who remade my drink seemed annoyed, and the window girl even apologized to them,...
Overall Not happy with the inconsistent drink quality as well as the customer service at this location.....(some baristas are good others are... Noticably apathetic and moody to say the least...it's off putting)
I also don't like being asked if I want to tip them on my card either.... Maybe they can have a sign that tips can be added to the card so customers don't have to be asked and put on the spot in front of all the employees.... Should be...

I'm a doordasher and urber eats driver and they treated me nice and me in and out and made everything correct so I can only imagine what they do for the general public, keep up the great work!
