Why are the toasters shut down at 6 pm when you close at 8 pm? Please advertise this outside or online. There was entirely too much whipped cream on my latte, and I love whipped cream. It was running down the side of the cup, and it was a mess to clean up in my car, and it was all over my shirt. The girls were sweet, which made the experience better.

I also don't like being asked if I want to tip them on my card either.... Maybe they can have a sign that tips can be added to the card so customers don't have to be asked and put on the spot in front of all the employees.... Should be...
