Springport road. Every time I go there, there's new people and the coffee and lattes taste completely different. It tastes like flavored milk or flavored water. Its like nobody follows the same measurements when doing the lattes. Idk. Now I have to drive to mcain road because it always tastes exactly like what you orderd. Which is not as close but for the money. I want something good.

Never have had a bad experience here at this location till this afternoon. Three people working, not just by any means, the gal working was very impatient with me trying to get my rewards card up so she can scan it, but proceeded to be rude and telling me to insert my card if thatās how was going to pay, long story short cause I can go on about this. No rewards put on card and just rude little girl. Will not be coming to this location anymore even though I live closest to this one

Their lattes have turned into coffee flavored milk. The Bragles are good, staff is wonderful and it's worth it for other coffee but their lattes are 75% milk or more.

I was absolutely disgusted with this Biggby. The place is so dirty looks like no one cleans. And the managers have the worst customer service Iāve ever seen. Iāve never been treated poor by someone working in fast food. I wanted to leave a tip but with kinda service I couldnāt. ??Rip airport rd Biggby. But the Battle Creek one is MUCH better!

Jackson Michigan location is a Rip off! I order the same drink every weekend. A 16oz carmel marvel, hot. I ordered this yesterday and paid $6.03 at the spring arbor, mi location. I come to Jackson location, a day later, and for same drink is $7.09. Not to mention, the wait at this location is unacceptable. They don't have a good system here. They wait on people that arrived after you, first. So annoying every time at this location.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered two frozen coffees, one with an extra shot and one not! They BOTH were not frozen and just icy at the top. They refused to make new ones and correct this. The manager said that because one had an extra shot that it meant they BOTH would be not frozen.
