Biggby coffee USED TO BE SO MUCH BETTER!!! Now when you get your ICED latte the ice is already melted, and the 8 dollar drink already tastes like watered down milk. ALL BIGGBYS USED TO HAVE ACTUAL COOFFE WITH A HINT OF FLAVOR, NOW THEY ALL SAY EVERYTHINGS THE SAME, BUT ITS NOT. ITS WATERED DOWN MILK LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING IN THE SUN. ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOR.

This is legitimately the slowest biggby we have ever been to. We’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried them a few times, never less than a 20 minute wait for one coffee. Crazy. If you have places to be, don't bother stopping if you don't have an extra 20-30 minutes.

Got Biggby today after weeks of not having it. I knew I shouldn’t have gone to this one but I did anyway. This location is always slow and getting drinks wrong. Today was by far the worst. Waited in line for 15 minutes kinda bad but not awful. Then after getting my coffee I thought it didn’t smell normal but I thought oh it’s been a while of gas station coffee what do I know? Well turns out my Butter Cup extra flavor was just plain black coffee. For $7+ and asking for a tip? This is just terrible.

Disappointed with my visit today at Biggby Coffee. I purchased two waffle sandwiches, and both were still cold — the sausage was uncooked, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. For the prices Biggby charges, I expected much better quality. Definitely not something I’d recommend based on this experience.

Not one to throw a big fit but waited over 15 minutes just to get what I didn’t order one of the drinks I ordered as iced came hot and one of the bagels that I order with eggs and cheese came with both butter and cream cheese when I only ordered one that way just disappointing when you spent over 20 just to get what you didn’t order

Weekday morning crew is the best! I typically go through the drive thru. Good experience. I have sat in the dining room for coffee and a conversation. It was fairly comfortable for a long talk. Bathroom is available.

I doordash using this locating because they never ever get my order wrong. They even went as far as putting acronyms on my drink so I knew which was which!
Good service but the coffe sometimes don't taste as strong as other biggby locations.

Springport road. Every time I go there, there's new people and the coffee and lattes taste completely different. It tastes like flavored milk or flavored water. Its like nobody follows the same measurements when doing the lattes. Idk. Now I have to drive to mcain road because it always tastes exactly like what you orderd. Which is not as close but for the money. I want something good.
