The drinks are fine, people are nice, although I order the same thing each time and have paid 3 different prices. Each time I go through the drive through, it has taken a ridiculously long time. It doesn't matter if I'm the next person in line or 4th. Doesn't matter if the the parking lot is empty. I have never been there for less than 15 min. My only real complaint is that I can order the same thing at any of the Bigby places here in town and the price can be different at each one. I can understand possibly being different state to state but these are all in the same city and can vary by $2 for same drink. Frustrating.

Parking: If you go to the Horton Road Biggby when the new pasta restaurant is closed, you will have ample parking. On Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings, parking is sparse since Love, Pasta restaurant opened.
