Cappuccino is huge, not an actual cappuccino. Instead of proper milk froth, it was over frothed and too hot to drink. Added an extra shot and still could hardly taste any espresso.

Lady at the window wouldn't let me use my 12 points for my free coffee she needs some more training telling me my 13th one would be free I have never had this problem till this location will not return to this location on east
Waste of money every single time. I do like the one on Horton rd. This ones not worth it at all.

You get your coffee and leave, nothing extra has to be said and done, the coffee is better than Starbucks, and the food is pretty damn good, if you haven't tried the waffle with sausage and egg, I dare you to try it.

We have learned that you can go there on Monday order something to drink and return on Thursday and order the same thing and it's going to taste different. It doesn't seem like they follow a recipe. Some days it tastes good other days it'll put hair on your chest.

Coffee is good but they have discontinued their self-service refills which is pretty disappointing, because now they also charge for refills. Their Bagel sandwiches are tasty!

Today I picked up a Doordash order and yet again they tried to hand me food in just the paper wrapper, no bag, not sealed. There were two large drinks with no security sticker over the mouth opening and they didn't provide a drink carrier. It is raining today. Would "YOU" like your order to arrive in the rain in paper envelopes & no bag??? 😕 Other Biggby locations package and seal the whole order OR the put tape over the drinking hole. Most food places do so much better than this, even owner operated bars at least automatically give people a bag. I hate having to deliver orders from this particular store.

EVERY time I do a Doordash order from here I regret it. They ALWAYS say "We're all out of drink carriers"... it's been over a year!!! You're lying, poorly managed or Both. ON TOP of that they DON'T put security stickers over drink openings (99% of franchise stores seal their orders & DRINKS). I've been handed a sandwich and single drink with no security stickers or bag or carrier on a rainy day......they just shrug their shoulders. They expect me to leave that packaging at a door !! CUSTOMERS are paying a PREMIUM PRICE for this service!??! Their performance is appalling!!!! I take my commitment seriously. They are doing less than minimum.

No pay it forward here! Bought a 20oz black coffee and paid with a gift card. My gift card was 4cents short, FOUR! I do not carry cash often and just cleaned out my vehicle so I only had my debit card….It’s fine. Not looking for a handout.. so they put 4 cents on my debit. Only for me to discover that there must be a minimum purchase amount that they did not make me aware of.. charged me a whole dollar!!! It’s not about the money obviously but geezzz… no “take a penny, leave a penny” jar around there… here’s to a $4.50 PLAIN BLACK COFFE. Everyone is always looking for a TIP for just mediocre service… but can’t help a customer with 4 cents. ? Noted mistake on my end for not having any cash I guess. Just making everyone aware to be prepared for extra charges if you’re in the same situation as me.
