We hit Biggby locations regularly in Lansing, Okemos, East Lansing, Fowlerville and Williamston, but this location in Jackson makes the best frozen Caramel Marvels on the planet! Let me say, when you ask for an extra shot, extra flavor in it and extra garnish on top, you don’t just get charged for the add ons like at the other locations - these folks deliver the goods on every upgrade for hands down the best Ice Blended drinks around. Man oh man, when they had the maple waffle sausage and cheese breakfast sandwich…oooh La La ❤️🎶🤘🏻🤘🏻 this location and the staff here absolutely rock! Our dog Murphy loves them and so do we, he gets happy greetings, pets and is always “treated” with great respect as well! All baristas need to do their Caramel Marvel training here because these folks get it right, every….single….time and with a smile and a dog treat to boot. Start your day off right or end your day on a positive with a trip to this Biggby location! Kudos staff and management and don’t change a thing! 😎

A wonderful start to my day. I was hungry and needed something. I rightfully choose Biggby. They do not have Kiosk from which you need to order. They have kind workers And to my surprise as I walked in I was greeted And asked if I wanted a havarti turkey bagel Which is my usual What a pleasure to be recognized and remembered Thank you ladies you've made my day. Ill be back

Love this biggby!! Best one I've been to, and have the pleasure of living down the road from! I always get a mango freeze every other Friday for my 6 year old and it's always delicious! I don't know her name, but the girl with the dark hair, and always looks gorgeous is such a sweetheart. I'll never forget when she complimented my hair and made my day 💕 totally a girl's girl and an asset to biggby 💕

Ordered a Carmel marvel, didn't make it right. Tasted like straight burnt coffee ordered a sweet tea. Got a regular ice tea no sugar given or added to it. Can't not drink ethier one. Will not be going back

The employees are always nice and drinks are great. They put cream cheese on my kids bagel so he could not eat it. The last time it didn’t have cream cheese on it. Unfortunately this location will not let you use your coupons that expired the day before Like the other locations. By time you get the coupons that come through snail mail they expire. Super disappointing!

I came into parnall rd Biggby on Friday Jan 17 for my normal daily coffee, Lg iced Butter Bear with that extra shot exceptional as always. Today was amazing the staff member who is there everyday Shawna greeted me instantly when I arrived at the window as always with a smile on her face ready and willing to take on the day no matter what time it is. Between her with the exceptional service as always and the coffee being spot on every time I no longer go to any other locations this will forever be my home. This location has great customer service and quality drinks. I would definitely give a 5/5.

Ordered 3 drinks. one of which had Boba but did not recieve a Boba straw from the employee that served me. They did not accept bills larger than 20 which had made me scurry for cash and change. Declining large bills actually hurts businesses.
