The staff is always friendly and pleasant. I’m disappointed that my points always go backwards instead of forwards. I can earn a free coffee 1 day, come back the next day to use it, and it’s gone. When I ask how many points I have they said 11, so I went from 13 yesterday to 11 today? So to test my theory I came back a 3rd day, I order 2 coffees 11+2 should be 13, after scanning my card she tells me I have 7 points. Wait..what..so yesterday I had 11 and today I had 5. The only math that makes sense is the 5 points I had plus the 2 coffees I bought totaled 7. Elementary school math tells me that this doesn’t add up!

I visited Biggby Coffee in Jackson Michigan on late afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they greeted us with a smile. They helped me choose from the wide variety of coffee drinks, tea, smoothies, bagels, and baked goods. I ordered a large mocha. I don’t like too sweet and the staff take initiative to let us know that they can make a less sweet. The coffee was rich and smooth but still very sweet for us. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. The shop was clean and spacious, with comfortable seating.. They also had free WiFi, a drive-through window.

Been coming to this establishment since the day the doors opened ordering a large caramel mocha frappe but today they want to play word games and say they don't make a caramel mocha frappe what a bunch of clowns... I really don't care what you actually call it that's what I've been ordering since the day I've been coming there... You just lost a loyal customer I'll go somewhere else.

Biggby on Parnell is amazingly quick and efficient getting orders complete. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Store is always clean and inviting.Kid-friendliness: I take my 4 year old grandbaby with me. She just loves watching her magic milk being made. She also loves talking with the baristas.
