My husband went to the mcain rd location. And he ordered 2 drinks with double flavor. And they didn't have double flavor. Mine was absolutely horrible. It's like there scared of the pump. I'm not very happy. I stayed home while my hubby got my coffee. Guess I should of went with him. I'm not happy my coffee is so gross. Won't be going back there again. Have a great day

consistent drinks every time, does matter if it is frozen, hot or iced. it always tastes delicious and they all use the same amount of flavor, cream sugar ect. that makes it the best! quick, friendly service.

I’ve visited multiple locations in Jackson County, and this one continues to outshine them all. No matter what I order (and trust me, I’ve tried nearly everything on the menu), it’s made quickly, perfectly, and with care. The girls are mean, I don’t go to this location anymore cuz I can’t even order a drink w out getting bullied. Which sucks cuz I live 2 mins away… so my husband tried going today and surprising me and ended up pulling off cuz they were straight messing with him at the speaker. Absolutely ridiculous.

SUPER amazing and friendly staff! Was greeted nicely and treated so well during my visit. The baristas were very sweet and attentive. I would love to shout out the two that worked 5/20 around 3:30p, I wish I had gotten their names

The girls working today are superb. They are friendly and kind, this seems like a wonderful group working together here . The Biggby is clean (table, floors), open spaced, normal advertisement around and smelled of coffee. I had the Spotted Owl and a coffee cake muffin that was very moist and super delicious!

I rush to get here before 8pm so I don’t miss my nightly drink. They are closed 10mins early. and it looked like the store had been closed awhile
Robinson Rd biggby is overall best in Jackson! 95% of the time is on point! And the times my order has been wrong it hasn't been disappointingly bad.

Went in on my lunch to grab a frozen drink. They didn't have the ingredients to make my drink. Tried 2 different other choices and was told they didn't have all the ingredients for those drinks either. I asked the guy behind the counter what is the point of being opened if you don't have anything that people want? The black girl working behind the counter replied rudely, "Well, we have coffee!! That's what we sell!" I won't be returning. Definitely lost a new customer. Do better on your customer service!!

I go often to the one on Robinson Rd in Jackson Michigan. So much better service. The are efficient and very friendly all the time. Even when very busy!! The other cafe in town on the North end of town hold a candle to these girls!!!
Parking: It's located in a strip mall with drive thru or inside service. Both efficient ways to get your order.
