I went here on New Year’s Day and our server was so rude she was in the back corner to the right of the building not on the side where the door is to fo out but she was very rude it was an older lady. Poor service she fat shamed me on my food I order hash browns and mashed potatoes for my sides and she said to me we’re starting the new year off on carbs very unprofessional and also their was a group of older people sitting in front of us and she was complaining about cleaning up after old people but she wasn’t much younger. Had a bad experience, staff need training. They forgot our order and we didn’t get what we ordered, plus we didn’t get refills, the waitress completely ignored us when she figured out she screwed up.had to get the manger to get help. Won’t be coming back for a while.

Big disappointment. Stopped at this Bob Evans for breakfast. Waited quite a while for an omelette and hash browns, 2 eggs/hasbrowns/2 bacon and watched other tables get their food, who came in after us. One table had alot of food. This is the 2nd B.E. in the same area I will not be back due to service lacking. They were not that busy. 6-7 servers, plus mngr, but kitchen dogging it. Just reinforces my thoughts on national chain restaurants. Eating out has grown more expensive in the last 5 years. But pace of service has dropped and you sit and wait alot longer. You want an increase in pay but spees of service won't increase. Recommend you avoid this one.
Ordered take out. I Got the little Pancake sandwiches, amongst other things for the family. Pancake sandwich had hair in, right through the middle of it. Funny thing (not really) is, the last time we dined in my fiancé had a hair in his plate as well. I think this place needs to invest in some hair nets. Gross. That was the last straw and the last chance. Never again returning to this location. Sucks because the food is decent.

I went near closing one night. Just wanted a bite, so ordered one of their small meals. The chicken had been fried then reheated, so was really rough and the breading was difficult to chew. The rest of the meal was approximately the same, with the exception of the biscuit which was WONDERFUL. Man can not live on biscuits alone, however. Pretty disappointed, since I was really looking for just good regular food. You can't find decent restaurants that aren't Italian, Mexican, or Chinese. Server was very pleasant, but I had to wait quite a while to pay my bill, since the manager/hostess paid NO attention to me standing at the register. It was weird.

If you like a small portion at an inflated price then Bob Evans is your place! Ordered breakfast several times since Christmas and all three times were just OK. The bacon tasted like precooked and the hashbrown portion was very small all 3 times. For 15$ per meal I expect more. You might as well go to McDonald's and be disappointed for less $.

What I was served with was repulsive, the silverware we were given, was caked so hard with scum I could scrape it off with my nail, my wife was so disgusted she was hurling in the parking when I walked out with my boys. You can eat off it we are good on all that
