I have not been to a burger king in years. Waited for 13 minutes at the drive thru to order and there was 1 car ahead of me. Just wanted to try the new SpongeBob meal. I start to order and they are out of the float. Just very disappointed. Really I now have no reason to ever go back.

I am writing to express serious concern about a recent experience at your Burger King location. Despite rising prices, the quality of your food has deteriorated drastically. The burger I received was severely burnt, and the cheese looked old and unappetizing. This is unacceptable for a brand of your reputation and calls into question your quality control standards. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction at your Jackson Michigan Locations.

The prices have increased, yet the quality has significantly declined. This was, without exaggeration, the worst burger I've ever encountered at Burger King. The patty was severely burnt, and the cheese appeared stale and unappetizing. This experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards being upheld at the locations in Jackson.

Order 2 original chicken sandwiches, a4 piece of chicken fries, and a four piece of mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was refined the mozzarella sticks and chicken fries. They were either overcooked or sitting out for many hours or both before being served, and we're not edible, they tasted wrong, and they were a rock hard and the insides looked wrong.

Cashier didnt know how to ring up coupons from the app. Had the ask manager if he was dong it up right. She took her sweet time. Drinks are very limited. Had a unripe tomato on my whopper
