Extreme lack of professionalism! The food was dry and old. The guy making my sandwich got upset and exclaimed, "Jesus," after I refused to be overcharged for a mistake that the girl taking my order made. Not hearing is excusable, but read the order back to the customer to avoid mistakes.

Ordered a #1 with cheese. Even had to repeat myself & was told "ok", with a black coffee. Was asked if I wanted it any other way than hot. Told the lady that only way to have it was hot & black. Added a small order of mozzarella cheese sticks because I was craving something different. Driving down I-94 in Construction & couldn't figure out what was wrong with my whopper. No cheese but a **** ton of pickles. Checked my receipt, and my whopper was made wrong but correct sticker. Ok, well whatever. Take a sip of my coffee and it's absolutely disgusting. Cashier seemed agitated that I used the kiosk instead of her taking my order, when really she could have just accepted it and gone back to cleaning the lobby. She then tossed my order on a tray, with the fries spilling out of the container, before acknowledging it was suppose to be to-go. She then put my order in the bag, but as for the loose fries she just dumped them in the bag. Yeah, I can see why so many locations are starting to get kiosks now.
I needed some help using the app to place my order so I could get some free fries and the cashier was very helpful. I had to wait several minutes for our order, which I believe was because they needed to make fresh onion rings for my rodeo burger. While I was waiting, I saw the cashier filling someone else's order of fries and onion rings. She added the fries to the container first, then decided she'd added a couple too many, so she removed them with her bare fingers and added them back to the rest of the fries before using a tool to add the onion rings. Ewwww.

Ordered two fiery crispy wraps after a long day at work. Received a cut in half chicken patty in a tortilla. When my wife called to make a manager aware, one employee was extremely rude to her and they argued that the order was correct. The ticket says otherwise.
I know BK doesn't care, but we won't be visiting here anymore. Just posting this review for awareness.

We stopped by an effort to pick up a light snack after busy day. The gentleman behind the front desk was very accommodating, took our order and even suggested some foods to try, and delivered our food to our table when it was ready.
The ketchup dispenser was empty and they had it refilled within 5 minutes.
The tables were clean and there was apple seeding.
Please talk to your night manager it is never less than a 20-minute wait to pick up doordash orders with zero people in line after 10:00 p.m.
