We were greeted when we got in line. They were suggestive when we were deciding what we wanted and took our order efficiently.Our food was up in no time and we were able to choose our seat from a very orderly, clean lobby.When we left, we were wished a good day. Overall the great experience.

Terrible, easy order 2 sau/ch croissants-No Egg! 1 hot chocolate hubby came back threw me mine and bolted for a appointment husband called me from the road ..said his was only sausage mine had the egg! Come on ,it's not that hard! Disappointed because I live across the street,
Went to this location on 1/25/23 around 10:30, was the only person in the drive thru, was told to wait multiple times at the drive-thru speaker, after ordering my food I waited patiently as they’re joking around in the back, when finally approached the lady said I’m sorry we forgot you were even here, said it was no problem, checked my food then get home just to almost choke on a giant plastic strand in the food. Very disappointed with the neglect inside of the work place, luckily a child didn’t get that burger, take your jobs seriously you can kill people.

I ordered 2 coke freeze and I got them almost half full and I got mozzarella sticks those where cold got my friend chicken fries those were cold my food was burnt Burger King doesn’t know how to cook there food nor know how to fill up there drinks if I get a larger I should be getting a full cup instead of a medium size cup in a large size I’m paying for the large not a medium

I had a good experience here, fast service, and the food was good as expected. It helped that I ordered at the counter on a Wednesday night at about 8 PM when there was no one else around, so had the entire place to ourselves! Restroom was fresh and clean. This Burger King location is mega-close to Interstate 94, and I like the convenience. Will be back.
I went thru the drive thru and was waited on right away. She let me speak my order before saying anything (Other drive thru people talk over you) then my food was ready quickly, nice and hot, AND I asked for extra napkins and got a TON! This is the way it SHOULD be. Thank you!

Ordered snack wraps. Was MAYBE 3 ounces of food counting the tortilla. Chicken was smaller than my index finger. Wraps were not folded into wraps and toppings were outside of the tortilla. Each wrap was $2.99 and not enough food to satisfy even a toddler.
