Placed the order on the machine. 20$ meal two whoppers, two nuggets, two chicken original. I added extra tomato and lettuce two the whopper and extra lettuce to the chicken...got charged for the upgrades... where is the extra? Even went to the front to tell the lady to remind them and I never heard her say anything... this is the second time in less then a month. The burgers were cold and dry they don't put enough condiments on the whoppers they were hard to eat... waste of time and money. Last item was what my bf ordered a Rodeo burger also dry as dry and cold
Update 2 weeks later had bf get me a whopper extra lettuce, extra tomato... no extra infact less then half that was in the pic seen here but got charged and patty was black and hard... never again i give up

Last two visits (which are very spread out as things typically a treat) were very disappointing. Lack of condiments and paid for extras on sandwiches. Meat was cold and dried out. Fries were very clearly old and soggy. Forgotten sauces every time. Maybe a little more emphasis on quality over speed and quantity especially when the team that is there now lacks any kind of politeness. I know it’s fast food but you really do get them impression that they don’t care and just want to get you in and out as fast as possible with very little focus on quality or customer satisfaction. Hoping things improve but we will probably choose to spend our dollars elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

The managers there are always rude and snobby. All they care about is getting food out the door as fast as possible. No care in the world if it's right or any quality control. I will say there is one manager on second shift that's nice. The others need to retire..

I told them that my fry's weren't even warm and they turned around and walked away. I'll never again spend my hard-earned money at this place again. Spend $8 just for a double cheeseburger and a drink with cold fry's Pretty sad that they're giving out cold food instead of hot food
