I needed a special gluten free and vegan cake for a 40th birthday party. I described what I wanted over the phone. She knocked it out of the park! The cake was beautiful but also moist and delicious. I have never had vegan cake that was even close to this. I highly recommend this business!

We ordered cake pops for my baby shower and they were fantastic! No one would have guessed they were glutten free because they were so good and not the weird sponge texture like many other glutten free treats have. When looking into ordering, she was very prompt and helpful in answering my list of questions. Will always order from her for future party treats!!!

If I could I would give zero starts. Horrible customer service!!! My mother ordered cupcakes to try so we could figure out what flavor we wanted my cake for my wedding. We tried a vanilla one, orange cream one and a Carmel chocolate one. The vanilla one was so dry and we just honestly didn’t like the taste of them so I called grace to let her know that we were going to go with someone else and thank you very much for her time. However when I said that she then stated, “ well you shouldn’t have ordered sugar free.” We never did which I told her then she proceeded to say, “ well good because I have other orders that day and it’s my birthday.”Whether or not your cupcakes were good or not you should take the criticism and try to do better. Not just tell someone that they basically don’t matter to you. The one other thing was she told my mother over the phone that she did free delivery but then said a month later that she doesn’t do that.

A little background the first person I hired had a family medical issue leaving me two days to find a replacement cake, by grace cakes stepped up to the plate and hit a home run, and saved my wife's surprise 40th birthday party.

I ordered gluten free/dairy free paczki's and they are absolutely amazing. I purchased a half dozen and quickly realized I should have order 2-3 times that amount. Fiancé also thought they were super great (he is not GF/DF) and he couldn't tell they were "allergy friendly" at all. Wonderful!

Their cupcakes were so hard I had to cut them with a knife! Like a rock! I had to keep calling to get cupcakes made for a taste test before my daughters wedding. They forgot or didn’t want to do it because then we would know how bad their cakes were. When we told them this she said, well you ordered sugar free. I did not order a sugar free cake and even if someone did, why would it be as had as a rock?? Plus it was supposed to be vanilla and didn’t taste like vanilla at all! I lost my $50 deposit because she waited until I paid her before she would even do a taste test to see if we liked her cakes. Don’t go with this company, you will be sorry!

Absolutely the most amazing GF cake I have ever had. The picture looks like a stock photo but that is the actual picture of my beautiful wedding cake. It was just perfect. I highly recommend By Grace Cakes.
