We had a poor (at best) experience at Chilango's when they 1st opened at this location when they 1st opened and have never been back. Which is sad because I really like their food and would frequent the Hanson location.FOOD TRAILER? 5-Stars all the way! Good food and good service! Wish they would make traditional street tacos, street corn, and sopes.

Omg! Bruh! Delicious! The quesoTacos and forgive me for my spelling.. "surdeas tacos" were absolutely delicious! I mean 5 out of 5 stars! Quick convenient and so amazing! Hands down best I've had in a min! Went with a friend who was just in phoenix eating from Taco trucks and he said these ones put phoenix to shame! Sooo take that for what it's worth! But as for me! Hands down best I've had period! Price seemed a bit steep! But the food was plentiful! U got plenty for the price! And I would and will go back! Guaranteed!!! ???????P.s. might be the best verde sauce I ever had! "Green stuff"

When we saw that this place was rated among the top 10 in Michigan, we had to give it a try. Perhaps we are spoiled living in Holland Michigan where there are tons of excellent Mexican Restaurants, but, although it was very good, it was not worth the drive. The computer tablet menus are not too customer friendly. Their website is even worse. Though our server was friendly and responsive, the wait time for food was long. This definitely is not a place to go if you only have a one hour lunch break. Expect an hour and a half for lunch. Chips and salsa were good. The salsa was just right, not hot and not bland.

Food was good but the waitress was horrible. 2 of us ordered fajitas and no tortillas were brought with them. She also forgot the side of guacamole. Had to flag her down to get pop refills. Didn't receive the guacamole until we were ready to leave. And I believe that was only because she was delivering food to the table next to us and they were getting some as well. She kind of had an oh sh** look on her face. After we had told her that she forgot the tortillas it was like she completely ignored us. It's unfortunate that we had her since I don't think I will be back even though the food was good. She left a bad taste.

Delicious food. Superb presentation. Slow service this particular day but worth the wait. The sizzling of all the meats, the aroma wafting in my face, as I sat in front of this bounty of deliciousness- in the Molcajete was like fireworks to my senses! The visual display was like a masterpiece. I didnt want to ruin it. Lol
Went here last night. I was very excited to go because of the prior reviews. I have to say this was the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Service moved at a snails pace. The waitress kept wiping her nose while taking out order. We had to wave down the waitress to refill our drinks multiple times since it took over 45 minutes to get our food. She never came back after the food was brought out to inquire if everything was satisfactory. The food was cold and subpar when received. I will definitely not be going back and would recommend you skip this restaurant. It was a disappointment.

Love the food and atmosphere there! Everything is super tasty and while on occasion it can take a touch longer to get your food than at a few other places it is totally worth it because the servers are super nice and the food is delicious! Fresh-made salsa at your table is hard to beat too!

I want to love this place because it could be a local favorite but today's visit was just bad. To begin with, they RAN OUT of corn chips at noon! Didn't whip up a quick batch they just ran out and stayed that way for the duration. When the food came, shrimp tacos were topped with guacamole that had the gray-green color of an old avacado. You could see the color change as you dug deeper. The shells had that straight from the refrigerator texture and flavor and the refried beans were room temperature as soon as they were dropped off. The decor and the server were very nice but just could not salvage what was a bad visit that will make me reluctant to return.

Fantastic! Chips and salsa are simply amazing. Get some of the hot stuff too. You won't regret it. My favorite meal is the California burrito. They're just like out west but I don't have to deal with a 6 hours plane ride just to get one! The staff is very friendly and their other food is delicious as well. Definitely will be returning many times.
