Ordered Online at 10AM for a 6:45PM pickup. Waited almost till 7:45 my food. People coming in straight in were being told a 30 minute wait & got orders before me. I was on a time crunch so I figured ordering 8 hours prior would be my best option, but it was the opposite. I'd avoid the online ordering as it won't be ready or even started till after you show up. Food is good here though just lacking on punctuality.

We've gone here for 10 years but stopped a year ago becuz the prices had gotten so high. Decided to get it tonight becuz too busy to make dinner. The side dishes were still same as ever except the egg rolls were too small to be worth buying. The beef lomein was a large amount but much less meat than before and not much flavor. The seschuan beef (which I've probably had 300 times in the past) was so spicy hot that I dont think any human could have eaten it. 6 years ago we always paid $18 for the same main dishes and side orders. Today it was $42. We used to go 6 times a month becuz its 1.5 miles from home. This time we spent 2.5 times as much $$ and threw half of it away. I dont see any reason to go back. Too bad becuz it was always very convenient.

I just ordered take out. Everything thing is hot and good. My order was accurate. I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner. The Hot&Sour soup is some of the best I’ve had! And yes, while the breading is a bit thick, it’s not unlike the same I’ve eaten in other cities. And it did not take away from me enjoying the meal. I highly recommend and will be going back.

Well I am not sure why there are any bad reviews because this is the first time I have had there food!! Trust me when I say this it's the second best place that I have had the first is in Florida. So for Michigan it's the Best!!! My daughter got carry out and it was still hot after the 1/2 hour drive. It tasted great I got the beef peppers and onions and chicken fried rice!!! So don't go off all the reviews everyone's taste is different bit I believe in being honest and this restaurant is WONDERFUL!!

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered shrimp egg foo young, egg roll and crab rangoon yesterday. By far the worst I’ve ever had in my life no exaggeration. The egg foo young was bland. The sauce was yellow, super thick and unseasoned. Egg roll and crab rangoon was dry and hard to chew. There was grease at the bottom of the bag. I spent almost $15 for this meal and didn’t get to enjoy it. Will never eat here again.

we've had 2 good experiences here so far; we'll try a 3rd pretty soon. The complaints so far are that the egg drop soup tasted burnt and the fortune cookies were bitter (can't really blame the restaurant as they buy them from a distributor as far as I know). Hoping the soup was just a bad batch.
