Stopped in to satisfy my pregnant wife’s cravings of ice cream peanut butter and chocolate. Let’s just say they set me up with the best thing my wife could’ve ever imagined!

Very frustrating to order from here when the lobby is CLOSED in the middle of the day (4pm right now..) They expect you to order your ice cream from the drive thru but you can’t see the flavors or toppings at all… also there is NO POINT in ordering a vegan friendly Silk chocolate milkshake when you make your milkshakes with dairy milk and don’t offer non dairy milk… very disappointing. Poor business set up. Surprised this place is still operating like this and not out of business by now..

Disappointed! They cannot accept Cold Stone Creamery gift cards. Employee at the window was kind and sympathetic. But, owners need to correct the issue with the gift card. Not goid business!

These people are awesome! I bought a cake for my mom who’s recovering from cancer and they were just incredibly sweet about the whole experience, and upgraded us to a bigger cake! They really care, and I would highly recommend them!
Cannot use cold stone gift cards here because it's a Tim Horton's register...also dining room is closed at 2pm, but limited ice cream options at drive thru.

Bought a gift card to coldstone creamery. The person brought it in to use. Associate at Coldstone took the gift card from her, threw it away and stated we do not take these.

Tried to stop by at 7:30 pm for ice cream and no one was answering the drive through after we sat there for a while, pulled up to the window and there was a hand written sign saying sorry were closed. Drove pretty far out of my way to come here for them to be closed during their normal business hours!!! Very angry
