Cottage Inn Pizza Jackson

They were busy on a Friday but my pizza was still hot and delicious. Staff was nice too! I had a bite of breadstick at noon from a Coworker. That thing was so good I ordered at 8pm and it was still slappin. My first time here but won't be my last! If my receipt is correct, Stacia was a joy to talk to. Got me in and out and was super nice. I'm from the Detroit area and this is the only pizza around here we get. Even when it's slammed busy the staff are kind and produce great pizza. Bless the staff that have to deal with some of these terrible people in Jackson. We got the supreme deep dish and it was fantastic and loaded.

Stopped in with a friend for a late lunch...I ordered a pizza sub and never saw it the way it was. Asked for ham, pineapple and bacon...for some reason they used sliced ham instead of the cubed ham like they use on pizza. This made it hard to eat, used a knife and fork since trying to eat it as something other than an open face pizza sub was disappointing.

The Cottage Inn...best pizza in town, in my opinion...they get it right and if they mess up they make it right...the people that work there are on the ball and it's always busy...and yet there is almost always room inside...I'm feeding 8 people for less than $50 with too many leftovers...you gotta try the XL DEEP DISH HAWAIIAN w/ butter garlic parmesan crust...amazing!

I called up there to order food with an online order that was already placed. I get put on hold for some reason prolly busy which understandable! So I called up there to order food over the phone because I don’t want ranch or provolone cheese on my BLT. They put me on hold and then hang up so I try to re-order over the phone for a pick up! And the phone goes straight to voicemail like they just completely cut off all communication through the cell phone! This is highly unacceptable and I’ve been a repeated customer for the last five years. I’ve never had this happen no matter it being busy no matter this or that it’s unacceptable.

I picked up takeout last night on a very busy snowy Friday night. We got there a little early and sat and waited for our pizza to be done. I was so incredibly impressed at the professionalism and teamwork of everyone working. The place was busy and the phone never stopped ringing. I watched the team backing each other up and keeping things rolling. They were conscious of the orders that were coming for people that were waiting. Cottage and is a weekly staple for my teenagers now. They love it and the food is always amazing! Keep up the good work cottage in Jackson!

So I ordered 2 pizzas and bread sticks at 630 pm. At 1050 pm get a call from Cottage Inn with a guy asking did I pay for my purchase. I said yes, my son in law came in and paid for it. Told him the price and the amount I sent him in with. He had no business calling and acting like I was a thief. When I got off the phone my wife said I have the receipt right here. The way they handled that was ridiculous. Their quality has been going down in recent years and I only ordered it because it was convenient . Never again, you went from my favorite in Jackson to I will never order again.

THIS PIZZA PARLOR IS THE BEST JACKSON HAS TO OFFER. THE FLAVORFUL VEGETARIAN IS SO OUTCOLD! THE ARTICHOKES, FRESH ? MUSHROOMS &OLIVES ARE AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO THE PALATE! THE SERVICE: FROM THE ORDERTAKERS, THE BAKERS, THE DRIVERS, OTHER RESTAURANTS SHOULD FOLLOW WHAT THIS PIZZA PARLOR IS DOING! I WON'T FAIL TO MENTION THE MANAGEMENT STAFF, THE WAY THEY SPEAK TO YOU & RESOLVE ISSUES IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS. THERE IS A FEMALE MANAGER ON STAFF WHO IS 'IRREPLACEABLE '! SHE REALLY HELPED ME ON A WEEKEND I WAS CARING FOR MY MOTHER AND THAT IS WHAT WILL KEEP OUR FAMILY RETURNING TO THIS SPECIFIC COTTAGE INN! TOP SHELF SERVICE! ? KEEP UP THE EXCELLENCE!!
