I walked in and the three young ladies working were standing at the counter talking, which is understandable. I had to say excuse me I have a pickup order because they didn't acknowledge me. My food was bagged lopsided so it was spilled over on its side in the bag because they use containers that don't sit right in the bags they use.
The food is ok at best. There were pieces of undercooked shrimp and hush puppies. The shrimp had several fried pieces of stuff I didn't order. Pieces of chicken crumbs, onion pedal pieces, and solid pieces of breading. The hash brown casserole was over cooked and dry. The best item was turnip greens, though they were cold they were seasoned good and tasted good.

If I could leave less I would. Went to dinner last night watched multiple tables come in after us and get their food before us. Half the table got food then 15 minutes later the other half got their food. Almost every plate came out with lukewarm food. I woo not be going back anytime soon. It doesn’t take an hour to cook pancakes and eggs!

Cold food in all 9 orders, half the table had food before the other half. Long wait times for food.
If you go here, go during the day. Staff seems much better then, than in the evenings! And no fried chicken during the week!

I’ve always had a good experience at a Cracker Barrel. We always manage to stop at one on our travels. It’s one of our families favorite places to eat…and the manager at the Jackson location, Mike, is top notch

Stopped in for lunch/ dinner. Stood at hostess desk waiting....& waiting. Had 4 associates walk right past & say nothing.
Told the cashier they lost 2 people. She said ok ill let them know.
