Went in for a late breakfast today and our server Dy was absolutely wonderful! She was on top of everything and super friendly. She went above and beyond for us. We come to cracker barrel alot but she was hands down the best server we've ever had.

My wife had a chicken dinner. She was almost done with the first piece of chicken she found a hair. She didn't finish the first and left the rest of her meal and we left.

My husband and I had a very nice breakfast yesterday at the Jackson, Michigan restaurant. The food was tasty, hot and as ordered. Our waitress, Rosie, was very nice and very attentive to our needs. Love their store!

Just left Cracker Barrel after dinner, they were not very busy. We sat down and it took over 10 mins for someone to take a drink order, we ordered dinner at the same time as drinks. Took 10 mins after placing order to get drinks then 30 mins later the server came back to the table to say they were out of the Souther Fried Chicken, another 27 minutes to get our food. The server had to be asked for napkins because there were none on the table, they forgot to bring out my daughter's sausage patties took 7 more minutes to get that. When asked at check out how things were, when my husband responded and they didn't even get a manager, sometimes sorry doesn't cut it. It will be a very long time before we even think about returning with the horrible service we recieved tonight. 3/19/2025.
The service could have been better. I ordered coffee and it took quite a while for refill and food wasn't hot. Grilled chicken strips looked and tasted reheated.
