What a lovely dining experience in Jackson. After viewing the large picture out front and on the front of the menu, I had to get the fried chicken with mac n cheese and green beans. It was great and perhaps only exceeded by the kind hospitality of the staff.

Always have had great service, this time also but hashbrown casserole was pretty stingy,the biscuits and gravy wasn't hot and only enough gravy for half of one biscuit, waitress was terrific but really disappointed in the food for the first time

Staff worked well with my disabled daughter and her date. Very impressive. Food was as good as it's been since they started changing things to be lower end several years ago. I definitely used to give 5 stars for the food.

As Cracker Barrels go nowadays, it's not the worst one but it's a close tie. These places used to have family oriented staff and friendly people. Those days must forever be gone.

Today we went to Cracker Barrel for dinner and the service sucked and the food was cold and dry. The waiter never checked on us to see if we needed any refills on our drinks till we ate all of our food and was ready to go.
Someone as door taking name said they would text when ready never did waited thirty minutes then went and asked they were setting people that were just coming in forgot to text us

Horrible service nasty food who puts green beans with it's juice on a plate with mashed potatoes and checking dumplings had to ask the waitress twice where my third side was which was fried apples the first time she brought back more green beans and I was like that's not what I wanted I said I had the other side of fried apple then I finally got the fried apples most disgusting plat of food I've ever had I don't know where they got their cook probably from the correctional facility because that's about the kind of plate of food I got
