This location is always inconsistent when it comes to what you’ll get. I’ve ordered frozen hot chocolates where the ingredients were put in the cup in the wrong order (making it difficult to mix) and then not being mixed at all. Most recently, I decided to partake in their Valentine’s Day cupcake sale and of the 6 that I bought, none have been the same. The most disappointing part of it is only 1 of the 6 cupcakes I bought had the fudge and crunch throughout the middle. The other 5 only had the fudge and crunch around the perimeter of the cup, which I know isn’t policy based on what other locations are doing. 🤬

The ice cream I had wasn't that great. I should've gotten what I really wanted but instead I got the egg nig shake and it tasted too much like the real thing. Not sure what I was expecting but it was too spiced with nutmeg for me. I don't like to waste so I drank most of it but I didn't really care for it. Overall I do like Dairy Queen though. There's a new one going to be opening in Albion, MI. Soon! How exciting? Service was great at the one I went to in Jackson, MI.

I’m growing tired of Dairy Queen only mixing a small amount of what you order in the blizzards and then the rest is ice cream.
It used to be different, things have changed and looks like they are cutting corners and trying to save money.
Won’t really go here for blizzards again.

Slowest experience. Dining room is filthy. I tried to leave this with the QR code taped on their wall asking for reviews and the link was broken… honestly do not come here it’s soooooo bad.
I dash sometimes and i have to say you guys are the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST RESTAURANT IVE EVER HAD TO PICK UP FROM!!! Half the time staff is just standing around chatting instead of getting orders out! No one is hardly there at the counter to help and you all need to start putting lids on the ice cream! No one really cares if the flurries fall out of the cup or not

Restaurant was not clean it has only been open a few months, they left my food on counter to run food that just came up out to drivethru.

Employees were friendly and very accommodating. When I asked a question and the cashier ( Calea? Was her name? It was her second day) wanted to make sure the answer was right she verified with the manager first, who came to the front to see if we had further questions. Obviously the staff was trained right. Food was ok my grandson who is 4 loved the fries and hot dog and chocolate milk. I had A cheeseburger it was good but next time I'll ask for no mustard or ketchup it was A LOT! my daughter had chocolate shake and chicken strips she liked them but there was A LOT of chocolate in the shake ( less is more I guess in our family lol). But we mixed it with my grandson's free vanilla cone and then it was perfect. The restaurant was clean and staff was definitely on top of that even the patio outside where we ate was sparkling. I recommend downloading their app for points and free items and I will visit this one in Jackson Michigan again.
