If you want to sit in the drive thru line for a 1/2 hour on a Friday night, only to be told we’re not taking your order then this is the restaurant to visit. Store is not scheduled to close till 11pm & staff was turning people by 10:30pm. If your hours are a problem, either change your scheduled hours or hire different people. But to waste regular customers time is unacceptable. A follow up call was made to the store by my wife, she was hung up on. We contacted another store owned by the same company to report problems to general manager.
Was there on mother's day with my husband & our sons family including our 2 year old granddaughter. We waited 40 minutes for our food which they delivered to the wrong table & after letting the ppl pick they it, then picked it up & handed it to me. Really - that's not acceptable by any means. We refused it & they told us it'd take awhile to redo it because they were busy. When I stated that wasn't acceptable since we had already waited 40 minutes, they didn't reply. We asked for a refund which took another 15 minutes. No real apology or anything. My 2 year old granddaughter was starving at this point & just wanted her burger & fries. So disappointed. My first time there and this is how we are treated on mothers day. Really! At least they could have rushed and remade our food and have us free ice cream. But no nothing! Sad. Customer service there sucks! Don't go there!

Me and my wife placed an order for doordash, we ordered a blizzard and a chocolate malt along with the pretzel sticks. When we received the order the bag was dripping everywhere. After opening it the chocolate malt was spilt everywhere in the bag and the blizzard was completely melted. The pretzel sticks where almost cold
This place is an absolute joke! When I walked inside, I was not greeted . The employees had their backs to the counter for several awkward minutes without any indication they would help you. I watched a woman give food to the wrong table , walk away and then only try to give that same food (that those customers touched) to the correct table only after they came
Up asking where their food was. the couple was very upset and asked for a refund due to it being touched by other people and were told it would “be awhile”. I saw people walk out for not being served. My dipped cone took a very long time to get and they never made it. I overheard an employee ask where they dipped cone was and they made it right then. It was missed and never made until the server mentioned it: do not waste your time here, it’s a total joke.

CHECK your chicken! This is what we had delivered to us. Pink as the Red Sea. They won’t even give us our money back! Watch out!!!!!
Poor poor service, the girl at the front counter has a terrible attitude and got 3/4 of our orders wrong. Highly recommend going to a different location

I have had many bad experiences at this Dairy Queen but this is the worst one yet. We ordered 3 blizzards and it took an hour to receive them. Almost 15 people ordered after us and got theirs first. It is genuinely one of the most poorly run places I have been too.
Ordered a larder order with my family today. We all got meals and ice cream. I ordered a peanut butter bash with cookie dough added. I was handed a melted sundae with no cookie dough. When I said something to the girl at the window, she said it was fine and closed the window. She also didn’t charge me properly. My husband pulled over and took in the incorrect sundae. Manager refunded what I was over charged but handed my husband a little cup of cookie dough for me to add myself. I don’t want that crap! I wanted it made correctly!!! I will never be back. If anything I’ll stand in the cold at a little DQ near me. Definitely wasn’t worth $43 and driving 20 minutes across town!
Stopped in at 9 pm to a staff that was terribly slow. Kept making orders wrong. If you can not make a lg vanilla cone dipped in cherry then put in cup right the first time you should be fired. Management and all staff needs retrained. 3 times I had to have my order of 5 items corrected. A lg Cherry slush, lg Choc shake, medium choc cone with peanutbutter and sprinkles put in cup, lg vanilla cone dipped in cherry put in cup.
Terrible service and ice cream melted waiting. The large hot fudge sundae was comparable to a small cone. Frosty Boy has my business from now on.
Spent $50, they shorted me an ice cream for my kids, have to share two ice cream bars between three kids, and didn’t give any ranch for 5 meals that should’ve had ranch. Probably won’t be back.
sat and waited in the line for literally 30 minutes, First of all if you don’t know how to run a drive thru properly you shouldn’t work at a fast food restaurant. Then when I finally got to the window he hands me my cup and there was literally fudge all over the bottom of the cup and I stained all of my clothes. Seriously someone should be fired or you should do a better job training people. 👍
