It was their one year fanniversary and half off your order. We ordered alot of food and it was quick to come out altho they didn't serve the blizzards upside-down

I went threw the drive- thru the other day and ordered a small vanilla cone for $3.17 when she handed it to me I thought it was a baby cone!! I was like someone needs some traning!! I will not go back for quite awhile now!! Everyone you see in there looks like they came from America's Best!!

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. A worker came out and told the car behind us that they close at 9pm and that they won’t get to them. It wasn’t even 8:30pm at this point. We were 3rd in line and they weren’t answering the speaker to take the cars order that was at the speaker for about 10 minutes. 2 people working were in the back smoking instead and cursing. We left without ordering anything.

The second Dairy Queen in Jackson and the first open all year long, with indoor seating and a "brazier" a full food menu (I don't know if they still call it that) in 2024 this dairy Queen is still new and yes I know there are a high turnover of employees in service jobs but this location makes errors on a lot of orders.

Six strips one sauce. A handful of fries two pieces of bread. What a jip.Oh and your employees that drive the Jeep could have literally parked anywhere in the whole parking lot but no they had to park right next to me and stare at me. Like I did something wrong I'm the customer. Good job!!!

Went in for a door dash order of 3 blizzards. I don't usually complain but it took over half an hour and my order was lost, somehow.I saw a girl with large artificial nails picking at her bellybutton ring then continued to scoop fries and ice cream without washing her hands once.I am just glad I am not eating the food. Not sanitary at all.

Ordered a royal cheesecake blizzard with chocolate soft serve. Could only taste cinnamon. No cheesecake or graham cracker in the blizzard. Would never purchase again
