Meagan R was so great. We used to go 1-2 tume a week, but after moving we haven't been to this dennys location in 2 years, and it did not disappoint. She was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back again! The food was also great.

I understand its Christmas, but the restaurant was empty and we waited over 2 hours for our to-go order. We asked multiple servers if there was any update and theyd go into the back and then just never come back. It took asking 5 different workers to get an update just to find out the receipts were all over the place and theyd couldnt find our order so it wasnt even being worked on. Then told us to wait 25 more minutes after “finding” the receipt once we asked to get a refund. I wouldnt recommend this place and have seen similar reviews about this same situation.

Took over a hour to get my food that the app said would be ready at 1236. I finally got my food at 141. After being in bed all due to having the flu sent my grandson in to get our food was told he couldn't pick it up. So I had to walk in and coughing and infect the the waiting area.. where does it say he couldn't pick it up.. it's paid for. The women was rude and very nasty when I told her to disinfect the lobby considering I tested positive for the flu. Since she forced me to walk in. Not to mention after waiting an extra hour my fries were cold and soggy. Not a happy camper..

The restaurant was very clean and our server was very kind. A few mistakes on the order, but they were more than willing to correct them and we had a big table. Food was also really good. They treated my kids really well and was patient with us since we hung around a bit after eating.

dined here today in Jackson mi only 2 employees who COULD NOT!!! multitask the food was NOT good mushy cold burnd potatoes mushy countryfried steak burnt pancakes took 35 minutes just to get drinks then another customer came in AFTER us and got their stuff first and took atleast another 30min to get nasty food was informed employee's are disgruntled and basically making customers pay for it and was expensive it's supposedly under new management but appears to be failing definitely will NOT!! be returning!!
Absolutely horrible experience. Took 15 minutes to get our drinks. When our food finally came out the hamburger was soggy and dripping grease and the meat smelled rotten. Will never return. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star.

no other tables, not busy at all. we ended up leaving after waiting 40 min for our food. done with that place. empty restaurant speaks for itself. waitress seemed to be rushing me and my son. not even sure there was a cook in the back. they need to make some serious changes or i see this place closing down.

OMG! Shout out to all the staff at Dennys on Veterans Day. Although it was very busy that day the staff remained respectful, courteous and prompt with serving all visitors. Thank you again for your hospitality and professionalism.
