We have been coming here for years. We love the food and service. The girls that serve us are just great, they make us feel like family. Kendra is just a beautiful person, aside from being a wonderful server.

Keslyn was the best server ever she's amazing she deserves the world!!! Not to be dramatic at all! She was very social with us I loved every bit!! I give her this 5 stars because she deserves every bit! If only she could get a raise would be amazing!! I recommend coming here and having her as your server you'd lover her!!! Do not go to this dennies location. Residents of Jackson have been passing around videos online of this place leaving cream based food out all day. Filthy conditions and cockroachs so unless you want to catch the plague don't eat here

We took an exit from the highway to eat here and ordered two omelette plates. The food took 50 minutes to come to our table!! The server was very apologetic but even the tables next to us were inquiring about the food. It took us 1 and half hour to get our orders taken, food to be served, eat and pay. Absolutely ridiculously long time. We had a similar experience at a different Denny's along the same highway I94 but thought that was a bad day for them. After the second such incidence, I am done with Denny's.

Salem is an awesome server! the food is always good and the service is awesome
Salem is really cool and awesome. Sometimes there is a cat in the parking lot and I go and try to take it home with me. Today I didn’t work so when I woke up I slept in later than usual. Flipped some packs and got subway. Then I went to the gym and came to dennys. Salem worked with us and was like the bestest in the world. How many numbers are in the alphabet? I literally can’t figure it out. Cheers
Parking: There is a parking lot here. It’s pretty cool and stuff. There is a car that is in the parking lot sometimes. Don’t take him because I want him.
Kid-friendliness: There’s kids here sometimes so I guess that means kids can like it or not. Their choice.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s super duper accessible. Totally rad

What a mediocre Denny's location.
Ordered a Sante Fe skillet and asked for the egg to be cooked medium, but it was over easy.
The tortillas that come with the dish didn't come in the red steamer container that Dennys typically use.... so the tortillas were dry.
Had to ask for more coffee after only getting 1 cup. Had to ask for creamer, but I was never asked if I even wanted any creamer to begin with.
Line cook and waitress didn't seem like they cared to be there at all. Waitress didn't really seem friendly. Unfortunately, I had the shorter waitress with black hair.
She barely asked if I needed anything aside from trying to get me out the door or so it felt like. Barely said anything or acted friendly in anyway. I dont expect to be pampered, but I almost didnt feel like I was welcome. Still tipped 20%, but I kind of regret it in retrospect.
There was also a routy group of college kids loudly making disgusting inappropriate jokes that kind of ruined the vibe and appetite.
I went on a Monday night, probably around 9pm or 10pm, and the place was practically empty. This was probably the worst Dennys I've been to. Won't be back to this one.
Also, judging by the replies the owner puts on here just to obviously show face, it's obvious they don't care about improving.
If you have any complaints, just call corporate. The franchise owner won't do anything about fixing this place if you contact them directly. Just call corporate instead.

My family and I have been waiting on our food for over 45 minutes. Only one other family in here. Have not seen my waitress since she took our order. No refill not even a sorry for the delay nothing. I will never come here again. I strongly recommend no one come here. Service sucks.
