This was a horrible experience. We ordered here tonight because we checked and it said 20-30min wait. Everywhere else was a longer wait. We ordered at 9:06pm. By 10:50pm our food was still not ready. We checked the tracker and left the house with 10mins left. Upon arrival they said 30 more mins so we waited then went in again said another 30mins. At this point spoke to a manager they said 10 more mins. We already paid online at it was at this point late enough places weren't open around us anymore. So we thought we would just wait it out. I understand they were busy and pry understaffed like everywhere else. But to be 2hrs when you tell someone 20-30 mins is unacceptable. We had young kids who were starving at this point and now we are feeding them at 11pm. No one cared there, there was no thought making us wait even though in parking lot. No urgency and no apologies. Will never return or suggest to anyone.

I understand they get busy but I got 40mins online order at 432pm n then get on email 100min wait so I call to go pick up n they was rude nasty n still had wait 90mins so I cancel my order(work 3rd shift) got hung up on 2xs cuz they didn't wanna do it. So so unprofessional.Vegetarian options: nothing

Ordered online waited 1 hr and 14 mins for my order which had gooey crust and was cold. Was told there was only 2 people and 1 delivery driver which sucks but also why was my pizza no cooked properly.

Last 3 times I order they have not givin me my bread bites and I try to give them a chance and I’m waiting over double time for my food it said pick up in 20 minutes we got there for pick up and it wasn’t even started for the oven and they ain’t give me no sauce like I didn’t have to pay extra for dip waited a dern near a hour waiting ridiculous y’all need to update things if it’s going take that long iv tried delivery and have waited over 2 hours in the past and got cold food I do not plan on getting dominos from this store again

Ordered my pizza online driver didn't even knock left my food out in the snow called the store they were polite but lied told me they were redoing my order it would be here in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call they tell me it'll be another 40 minutes I'll never order here again

Apparently they decide to lock doors whenever they have friends over?
Picked up in store and the staff were very professional and friendly. My order was ready when I got there and correct. Everything was delicious but the bacon jalapeno cheese bread seemed a little small to me this time around.

My husband ordered online and it said it would be ready within 25 minutes, we get there and had to wait over an hour to get our food, and the food was disgusting and burned. This is the second time we have had bad experiences with Dominos. You have lost our business PERMANENTLY. I paid 24 dollars for burnt pizza and the pepperoni stuffed cheese bread tasted like a entire bottle of garlic sauce. One of the employees was rude as hell too. I don't know her name, her name tag was flipped over.

Ordered 4 small and 1 medium pizza for my family. Every single pizza appeared to be cut by a blind person; not a single one of them was properly cut. Some huge slices, some tiny, child-sized slices. The pizzas also didn't have nearly enough sauce and the toppings on one of them were mostly burnt and I didn't receive the extra cheese I paid for on any of them.The woman who grabbed my pizza off the shelf didn't say a single word to me while I was there, and the employees were openly swearing in front of a woman and her children right on the other side of the counter.Edit - To the person who replied to this review: I just called the store that totally botched our order and the guy flat-out told me that since I didn't call the same day and I wasn't in their credit book, they couldn't do anything about it.This is the worst Domino's experience we've ever had and we will never be purchasing your food again, which is sad because the only pizza place we usually go to is Domino's.

Trash literally live five minutes a way idk how smart you have to be to deliver pizza but goin 30min some place else is not it... do you want cold pizza??!! The manager Ciara is rude and nasty asked for a refund was not provided any information on when the money would be back on my card or if it even would. And was hung up on several times. Please find actually grown ups to be managers and take the trash out
