I will never go back to this place. the staff was extremely rude and the food was very disappointing. nothing was made right we had to ask them to make finish making our coffees right and who ever got the doughnuts for us didn't even out them into a box just throw them into a bag and told the cashier if we wanted them separated we should have asked.
will never return to this one.

This location seems to be doing a lot better since the renovations. Prior to that it seemed like every other visit kinda sucked for one reason or another. I will say I was served some cold, dry hashbrowns the other day, but I contacted support and got refunded my points for it, so that's nice I guess. Would've been better to just have warm hashbrowns, though. I'd also like to make a suggestion, hashbrowns should also be offered in a larger size that contains more hashbrown rounds. The current amount is nice and all but some days I want to eat more of them and I feel weird ordering 2 orders of hashbrowns, when I just want a few more than normal. The hashbrowns fricken rock, though. If you change those hashbrowns I will probably never return. They're perfect.

This is just lazy I ordered a dozen assorted and they gave me three rows of the same thing I believe that spec is 6-8 varieties but if they were out of something they should have said something so I could have been more accommodating and less frustrated I know they can do better but this won’t want me to return for a while
