This location seems to be doing a lot better since the renovations. Prior to that it seemed like every other visit kinda sucked for one reason or another. I will say I was served some cold, dry hashbrowns the other day, but I contacted support and got refunded my points for it, so that's nice I guess. Would've been better to just have warm hashbrowns, though. I'd also like to make a suggestion, hashbrowns should also be offered in a larger size that contains more hashbrown rounds. The current amount is nice and all but some days I want to eat more of them and I feel weird ordering 2 orders of hashbrowns, when I just want a few more than normal. The hashbrowns fricken rock, though. If you change those hashbrowns I will probably never return. They're perfect.

This "donut" place had no donut holes. I went to dunkin specifically to get glazed chocolate donut holes and they had none, which is a waste of a trip.

This is just lazy I ordered a dozen assorted and they gave me three rows of the same thing I believe that spec is 6-8 varieties but if they were out of something they should have said something so I could have been more accommodating and less frustrated I know they can do better but this won’t want me to return for a while

I love Dunkin! I go to almost every location. If you’ve never tried the Berry Burst, definitely recommend. It’s like having a refresher at half the cost
I love the bright open area when I walk in. Always a friendly greeting. Fast service. Fresh donuts. Delicious peach sparkling energy drink.

I go here so much that they know my order by my voice!! Talk about customer service, I love it!! This location does get a little bit busier, and you may have to wait a second but they’re still very fast in taking your order and completing it.
I'm tired of the inconsistencies in drinks. I feel like the people they keep hiring at this location don't actually know much about coffee or how recipes should actually be made. Do they honestly think if they are out of Cold Brew, they can give us iced coffee and we won't notice? Also, cold brew is served with ice, they love handing over warm drinks with no ice. I'm done, back to Starbucks it is I guess. I'd rather pay a little extra for my order to actually be right.
